The salesman was very polite .
The salesman was very polite ., The best thing we liked . He didn’t get pushy trying to get us to make a decision. After we reached what we wanted. He was very thorough on the paperwork. Answered all our questions. The guy Chris I believe installed the chair lift. Very good on showing my husband and I how to operate it. Done great cleaning up anything he dropped or done. We hope to get very good use of it. The warranty was good we received. Very satisfied customer . Thank you

Lemon in my living room
Aside from the whole sales and installation nightmare, while the technicians are very courteous, this lift has been repaired more times than I can count. It was installed 8 months ago, so it's still under warranty, but it is very seldom used and we end up calling for repairs almost every time we try to use it. Now that I need it, it's down AGAIN. Lemons happen and I think we got one. Last time it was a loose wire. Another time it was switches incorrectly set at the factory. Our church was looking at buying one. We told them to pass on this. Our builder who brought them in won't put them in anyone else's house. I'm going to be stuck with, and at some point, in, a $65000 piece of junk eating up my living room
