Ordered in December still haven’t received and they don’t even respond to their emails. I had a look on TikTok several others said they ordered but haven’t got yet. Avoid this place at all costs they just take your money

The product is good. It looks nice but only delivery takes long to receive over 1 mouth

Appalling customer service. My order took over a month to receive and my messages were ignored on two occasions. Won’t be purchasing from this seller again. A very important part of shopping is customer service which is lacking with this shop.

Was worried about not receiving it as I read the reviews. But Allhumdulilah I received my order. Was disappointed in how small the bar actually was as it looks way bigger than what was received. It’s over priced as well. But overall the product is a cute gift.

I had ordered on November 5th . And have mailed them many times about the status of delivery as it has crossed a month of time. Till now there is no response from them . Worst experience ever had in online shopping ever . I'm not sure even if they have time to check mails or not . I'm complaining about late delivery and they are sending me mail's regarding rating of product which is lost in black hole with no information. Mind blowing 🙏😅.

Have not received my order, it has been over a month. Have sent numerous emails and messages to this company but they have failed to reply and give me any updates. Terrible/ none existent customer service. Truly disappointed, will never order again!

I have made an order in October. Almost a month later I still don't have the order. The tracking site is online for over 3 to 4 days. I have sent emails and still received no feedback to request if they is a possibility you could check from your side on the order.
Kinda really disappointed for never getting any reply for any of my enquiry emails.

They havent gave my parcel yet and i ordered on the 26th of sept so how can i rate them. Which i bought 2 jumpers one which was for my niece n myself

No item received, no updates no nothing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER I HAVE EMAILED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS BUT THEY DONT ANSWER SO UNPROFESSIONAL
