Поръчах огледало от този сайт, защото на него ясно пишеше срок за доставка 3-5 дни. Оказа се обаче, че стоката изобщо не е налична в България, а я изпратиха едва на 4-тия ден, защото "първо трябвало да се изработи" — нещо, което Nigde не беше споменато при покупката. Към момента пратката все още я няма, а при опит да се свържа с тях за отказ и възстановяване на сумата, срещам пълно отказване за съдействие. Отговарят през няколко дни, няма никакъв бърз телефон за връзка и единственият им "отговор" е да имам "търпение". Отказват да върнат парите за неизпълнена навреме поръчка. Изключително подвеждаща търговска практика и лошо обслужване. Не препоръчвам!

Доволна съм от качеството на огледалото. Беше опаковано много сигурно за транспортирането. Засега не съм ползвала функцията за запотяване, надявам се да има ефект.

I expected the frame to be more visible when in front of the mirror, this is not well shown on online pics. For such customization and price I would was not like 100% satisfied. Everything else went well.

Много съм разочарован от опита си с Artforma.

Първото ми огледало още при получаването му имаше проблеми с качеството. В областта на дисплея (часовник/метеорологична станция) имаше ясно видимо петно върху огледалната повърхност, а осветените букви и цифри изглеждаха зърнести, вместо ясни и отчетливи. Въпреки че този проблем в крайна сметка беше отстранен, това не ми вдъхна доверие.

За съжаление, вторият ми опит беше още по-лош. След като ремонтът на нашия дом беше завършен, разопаковахме заместващото огледало, чиято покупна стойност беше приблизително 840 €, и установихме, че стъклото е напълно счупено.

Разбирам, че съм съобщил за повредата извън гаранционния срок, и оценявам факта, че отделът за обслужване на клиенти остана любезен през цялата ни кореспонденция. Въпреки това, вместо да предложи разумно решение като жест на добра воля, Artforma напълно отхвърли искането ми и предложи единствено 8% отстъпка за бъдеща покупка.

След две проблемни преживявания със скъпи огледала вече нямам доверие да поръчам отново от Artforma, затова подобна отстъпка няма никаква стойност за мен.

Не съм искал пълно възстановяване на сумата или безплатна замяна. Поисках единствено разумна частична компенсация като жест на добра воля, но дори това беше отказано.

Въз основа на моя опит не мога да препоръчам Artforma за скъпи огледала, изработени по поръчка.

This was by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.

Their service is extremely slow and disorganized. They even split a single order between two different couriers, and as a result, the mirrors arrived shattered.

They deliberately delay the claims process. I sent them a video clearly showing how the package arrived and the damaged mirrors. Then they said the video wasn’t enough and asked for photos. After I sent the photos, they requested even more pictures. Every time they receive what they asked for, they come up with another request, even though they already have a detailed video.

This is one of the most dishonest and manipulative companies I’ve dealt with. They intentionally drag the process out by asking for different photos little by little.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Огледалата изглеждат добре, но не съм ги монтирала още. Комуникацията е обаче много зле…Няма никаква адекватна обратна връзка и това до последно ме караше да си мисля дали въобще да поръчвам!

Страхотно огледало! Абсолютно качество! Много съм доволна и благодарна на Артформа за бързото и качествено обслужване!!!

Artforma makes amazing custom mirrors. I have for both my bathrooms mirrors from them. Then if everything is perfect why 4 not 5 stars you ask ? Well the 2nd mirror I bought has a issue with the 12v transformer - it makes a very high pitched quiet constant noise when the LED is not turned on. It is difficult to hear at first, but once you hear it, it never goes away from your ears. This is not uncommon for these transformers and the only solution is either to switch it with a new one or keep the lights on constantly.
I don't know what to do with the 2nd mirror now, as it is really annoying and I might resort to opening it and replacing the transformer itself, as it might be cheaper than filling to replacement.

The execution of the order was amazing, not a long wait time to receive. The only issue I had was that i specifically noted what the address is and it was still messed up despite making it perfectly clear where it was

Nothing special for this price I expected much more

Great mirror, fast shipping and easy order. Only one thing is not that good that from 3 sides the heater heats only middle side. I give 4/5 only because of the heating. Everything else is absolutely perfect

Had some issues receiving the invoice, but a lady from the office called back and fixed it.

Fast delivery, the mirror was quite well packed. Regret that I didn't order more from the available functions for the model.

Good expririence. Mirror was ordered with the option to pay on arrival. It came in the deadline and was in perfect condition, well wrapped, especially on the corners. Was able to track the shipment via the provided tracking number.
