Very bad quality
Super rude and very low quality customer services

I forgot my previous bad experience and did it again. Like i needed to be reminded how terrible this business is and how poorly constructed their products are. And as if they vouldnt get any worse, theyve now devided to add the worst shipping management company SteadFAST to the list! How on earth does Artiss continue to stay open.

Wish I could give negative stars. Absolute disgrace of a company. Failed to deliver and would not respond to messages. Do not recommend at all. Complete disgrace.

Extremely bad customer service. Products they offer generally look great. However instructions are not clear and if anything goes wrong, missing screws or the screw fixings are not correct, then good luck trying to get a resolution from Artiss customer service.

Absolute nightmare to assemble the Artiss 3 drawer LED bedside table. Instructions were a joke along with the product.
DRAWERS DO NOT OPEN AND CLOSE PROPERLY and the marks where you are supposed to screw things in were misaligned. They don’t tell you which way more down parts are supposed to go. A complete waste of time and money.

Do not buy from this brand! Purchased through Amazon, received the stand up Desk super delayed, finally when it arrived it was missing all of the peices to put it together. Tried to contact Amazon and they said they can organise a pickup - i didn't want this and just wanted the parts sent so I could put together (also when the box arrived it was super damaged and looked like it had been opened before and raided for parts) and i couldn't get in touch with the shipper either. Raised the issue multiple times, no one could send me the parts. Amazon agreed to give me a credit but never did, and I tried to write a review on Amazon but it hasn't been published - be warned do not buy from this company! I ended up buying some screws to do it myself but it's still missing parts.

I have purchased 2 bed side tables as well as a queen gas lift bed there wood smells disgusting I thought when I 1st bought them it would probably go after a few weeks but now nearly a year into getting them I hesitate to open a draw from the smell there actually empty as I’m afraid anything I put in them will smell really bad I will never purchase from artiss again

I purchased a bed directly from them. Customer service is amazing. I emailed them in relation to the slats (bad experience) and they assured me that they will have a 12 month warranty.
I went ahead and purchased the bed. Delivery was fast and it was a reasonable price.
Bed is amazing, fits my mattress well and had a solid sleep without slats falling out like my previous bed (not this brand).
I will continue to purchase directly from them as there client care is up there. Very responsive and will give assurance to the customer.

I have ordered two different Artiss stand-up desks from two different suppliers in the past month (Bunnings and Myer). Two different models, and both arrived different 10cm larger than advertised.
The customer support I have received in response to this product has been average at best, however I have been promised refunds.
I recommend you DO NOT purchase an Artiss product, as I have wasted a month of my time now and still do not have a stand-up desk with the dimensions they advertised.
