I ordered twice recently. Not only did I get great deals, but also free neocolours iis and fast delivery too. Thank you so much.

I used to rate Bromley a 5/5.
I used them instead of Jackson’s because of their fast dispatch times and decent post charges.
They are prepared to subsidise UK mainland post if you spend over £25 but now, if you live in N. Ireland (it’s the UK!) they charge over £11 even when you spend over £100?
Their dispatch times have slowed too!

Amazing service! Emailed Bromley's re a delivery issue - non delivery from ParcelForce - and just 20 minutes later I had a phonecall from Bromley's sorting it out. I had tried to get help from ParcelForce for two days...
Such a relief to deal with a service minded company!

Excellent company to deal with. They have everything for every type of artists. Delivery is always quick and everything is very well packed. I would never use any other company.

I am so happy to have found Bromley’s Art Supplies. All of my orders have been 100% correct, sent quickly and very well packaged. The prices are good and the customer service is spot on. I’m an on going happy customer.

When the company decides to respond to both emails concerning my last order, especially the damage to the items,maybe I'll give them a better review. This is not the kind of service experienced in the past.
UPDATE My original 1* review prompted an immediate response and to give credit where it's due the issue has been resolved. I still can't give a 5* as I've done in the past though in view of the experience with this particular order.

Items received in Excellent condition, nice and quickly.
Catalogue would have been lovely to keep but it was crammed into the box with the pastels so was too screwed up to bother keeping after a quick skim through. The artist doesn't use the internet so the catalogue would have been great.

Not only do they provide a goid selection of quality products at competitive prices, their customer service is unbeatable. I also love that it is a family-owned and run business. I recently went to Bromileys Art Supplies shop to purchase Rosa Gallery watercolours and was pleased to be able to try them out first. Spent a while trying to find a specific brush pen (colour/type). Bromleys had this listed on offer on their site. Ordered several of these using their online ordering system. Couldn't fault it. Easy to order, cheap postage and despatched and received in very quick order. I will definitely use them again.

Having only just discovered Bromleys, I bought a few things from them recently and the service I received has been super. Goods arrive swiftly and are well packaged. The things I purchased were cheaper than other places too which is always a bonus. I will definitely buy from them again.

Bromleys is very competitive price wise, and they always deliver quickly and well packed. I've ordered a number of brushes and paints and have been pleased with the service. Any order questions have been quickly answered by helpful staff on the phone.

Their catalogue is a mine of valuable information and their large range of products are despatched quickly
