Very professional and helpful. A job well done.

We had to have a radical rethink of our bathroom layout as my husband's progressive condition meant that he was having increasing trouble getting in and out of the bath safely on his own to use the overhead shower.We had also suffered two water escape incidents into the kitchen below so needed to find a more watertight solution to the current arrangement. We decided to have the bath removed and go for a full-size walk-in shower with seat along with a full bathroom refit,and wanted to employ a specialist company to do this.

Chris came to do the initial survey.He studied our bathroom in detail and explained the options. There was no hard sales talk at all,just sensible,practical advice.

A computer mock-up of the proposed design accompanied the quote along with a proposed timeline over 5 days of work.

Our fitter,Andy,went above and beyond.He faced challenges with a smile,was lovely to chat to and worked like a Trojan to create a bathroom that is now safe,functional,watertight and good to look at.Hopefully we are now set up for safe bathing whatever mobility challenges lie ahead.

Thanks also to the electrician and to Eddie and his assistant for doing a lovely job with the Altro flooring.It looks fantastic.

Big thanks to Chris,who returned on the last full day of the job to check that all was well and that we were happy,and to Cheryl from the office who facilitated the project.

Andy cleaned everything up and all the rubbish and rubble was removed by a specialist company at the end of the job.

There's no way of doing major bathroom work without it having an impact on the rest of the house and I was dreading the whole project,but everything was in Assisted Living's hands and they dealt with every detail from start to finish. Thank You!

I had a wet room installed recently and it looks amazing. I am very pleased with it. The installers were very professional and friendly and made the minimum of mess.

Assisted Living did a wet room floor in our 8 bedded care home. The wet room looks amazing.

A very professional and helpful company from the beginning to the end. Their work was exceptional. My parents now have a bathroom that is safe and comfortable for them to use and I don’t have the worry of wondering if they will be ok bathing.

We are delighted with our new bathroom. We went to the showroom and the staff were very helpful as we designed our bathroom. After we decided to go ahead; the fitting was booked quickly. All the installers involved we very professional, polite, and respectful. The job was completed in just over a week and we couldn't be happier.

Fantastic service! The team were so polite and incredibly considerate of my Grandma's home whilst installing her wet room. Would highly recommend.

What can I say the Assisted Living team were absolutely brilliant from Cheryl,Amelia,and David all were very helpful in designing our wet room.
Chris the fitter was amazing so very helpful nothing to much trouble for him and his workmanship was 5star.
Eddie who laid the wetroom floor did a fantastic job, so happy with the results we were over the moon.
I will certainly be recommending Assisted Living to everyone.

Brilliant good old fashioned customer service from a professional company flawless communication from start to finish . so good we have had them back to do a second job.

Ross, Eddie and Danny were extremely great workers, friendly, very tidy would recommend your company happily to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom.

My mum desperately needed a new functional and easy accessible bathroom, but was very reluctant about the change and upheaval.
She need not have worried. From start to finish Cheryl and her team were very welcoming, reassuring and professional.
Dave the surveyor was lovely and adapted the plans to suit my mums needs.
The fitter Ross was friendly and understanding to my mum and did an absolute amazing job.
In four days the bathroom was completely transformed with minimal mess or upheaval.
My mum is delighted with it and finding it much easier to manage her personal needs.
Cheryl and a colleague even made a visit a couple of weeks later to check all was well and brought my mum a beautiful gift of toiletries to use in her new bathroom as a thank you.
All in all using assisted living was an extremely positive experience and I would definitely recommend.

Assisted Living was chosen from a short list of 4 companies all of which visited us and surveyed the bathroom for installation of a shower and enclosure to replace our bath.
The customer service was excellent, the engineers were very friendly, professional, considerate and knowledgeable, and the cost was very reasonable.

This company were fabulous. I needed a previous flooring job redoing. From first contact through to final completion the service and work was outstanding. The costing was very reasonable and the fitters were punctual, polite and left no mess. I now have a leakproof wet room floor. I would highly recommend this company and all staff to deal with any disabled Wetroom installation or upgrade/repair that you may need. A very big thank you.

We obtained a quotation for replacement of a wet-room floor for our disabled neighbour. We eventually found a service at 25% of the cost quoted by Assisted Living. The price quoted by them was nothing short of outrageous, and does not reflect well on the company.

Very easy process from start to finish. Great team and all very friendly.

Had a walk in bath fitted for my grandparents and would highly recommend Assisted Living.
