The experience began in reception where I was asked if I wanted a coffee or tea by Kate the receptionist.The facilities were comfortable and very clean and fit for purpose. My appointment started on time with Heather and was a follow up meeting to check how I was doing with the aids.
Heather is very knowledgeable and professional in both the dispensary and the after sales service. I find her to be very patient, helpful and totally committed to helping the client to get the best performance and fit from their hearing aids. I was very happy with the outcome. My aids were serviced and adjusted in accordance with tests done.
I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing from sales to post sales support they have been exceptional.

I had a very warm welcome from the staff. The audiologist was very thorough and informative during my hearing test.

Recieved a lovely warm welcome by Jane when we arrived and we were offered a tea or coffee. Test was done by Heather who was also lovely. Heather discussed my concerns and explained the tests in detail and also gave me an explanation of my results and a copy to give to GP.

Emma Rooms from Hidden Hearing Plymouth has been outstanding in care and understanding fitting both my husband and I with the latest in hearing aids. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Hidden Hearing are excellent in communication.

I had an appointment with Jack in Plymouth. It was a really great experience. Jack was really thorough with the hearing test and explained to me the whole process behind my hearing, any issues I was experiencing and how to minimise these. Would highly recommend anyone to go hear for a hearing test.

I have been seeing Heather Kennington for the last 4 years who has given good impartial advice on the treatment of my hearing loss. I recently tried a new product that has transformed my hearing and most grateful to Heather for her patience and efforts to customise my new hearing aid in a friendly manner without any sales pressure.

The lady was so helpful, and talked me through every stage, so I could take it all in.

I have been suffering with Tinnitus for many years, I tried the NHS. ONLY TO BE TOLD THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. YOU HAVE TO LEARN TO LIVE WITH IT.
It got to the point i had no social life, i couldn't go out anywhere with lots of people. Finally my hearing got worse and i decided enough. I had to do something about it.
I tried an online hearing test. Guess what i have a problem. So booked an appointment in Plymouth.
Oh Wow i cannot explain how great they were so helpful and patient.
The moment the hearing aids were turned on i heard a wooshing noise, BUT NO TINNITUS. I dont know what to say or how to explain how amazing it was.
Normally a quiet room and i just want to leave to find noise. Not any more i can actually sit there and experience silence.
There are no words if you have Tinnitus see these potential miracle workers. The press of a button and i have my life back again. Hopefully this lasts as ive not had them long. Thankyou so much
