My experience with Hidden Hearing could not have been better. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person.. The Audiologist made me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely use them again and recommend.

Pram is Very professional, very knowledgeable. given advice given for the way forward. Very friendly staff.

I called the Derby branch at very short notice on the off chance they had a free appointment, after being let down at the very last minute by SpecSavers.
Unfortunately, they didn’t but Theresa was great and within 10 mins called me back and found me an appointment at Rugby. I know that sounds mad, but was perfect as I was that way with work.
I had my appointment with Erma. She was brilliant! Very professional, very thorough and moved her lunch break to see me. Such a great service… above and beyond. Thank you.

It was my first wax removal, so unsure what to expect. Emma in the Rugby branch was amazing. She made me feel very relaxed and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend Emma 😄

Home visit experience is always great,Hassan always sorts out the problems . Is polite and understanding.

The professionalism , the pleasant attitude of the staff and the relaxing way they made me feel about my big decision to have the hearing test. Would not hesitate to recommend them . I was so impressed that my father in law actually, after years of us nagging, went and got his hearing aids after
hearing about my experience .
I think Rugby Hidden Hearing are absolutely the best. I give them 5☆

The service I receive is amazing. Pram and Kerry are always there to help, nothing is too much for them. Kerry has excellent customer service on the phone, so helpful and considerate, and I have a great chat when I visit the branch. Pram is very knowledgeable, very thorough with his work and explains things in a simple manner. Very friendly ad helpful. Best investment I have made! Thank you.

Hassan has done another wonderful job today, he is very professional in what he does, everytime I've seen him he is very thorough and gives expert advice, whenever I have an issue he is happy to see me promptly.

I was treated with courtesy and compassion.

Hassan has given me my life back service is absolutely brilliant so pleased with the service

£50 well spent. My ears are wax free and feel great, and I had a discreet hearing test. Emma was wonderful and I’m a happy client.

I booked a wax removal appointment with Emma at Hidden Hearing in Rugby. I did not know what to expect but Emma put me at ease immediately with a clear explanation of what was going to happen. The procedure was not only painless but enjoyable. It is such a relief to hear again.
Thank you for such a professional service. The receptionist was really welcoming too. I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing in Rugby

Hassan has given me a lot of clear information about my hearing and has improved my hearing aids to match my new level of hearing. Great chap

My Hidden Hearing experience at the Rugby branch has been excellent. From the hearing test to the fitting and the individualisation of the aids for my needs, I have been kept informed of the physics of what’s being done. Finally, the aids themselves are very effective and I almost forget that I’m wearing them - until I remember how much better my hearing now is.

Pram and Kerry are fantastic from the rugby branch nothing is too much they both are very welcoming and knowledgeable. It also helps that Pram looks like a super model.

Hassan has been looking after me for a coupe years now, he gives a very good service and is always very pleasant seeing him. I had an issue with my hearing aid today and Hassan was able to see me on the same day, very prompt. I would highly recommend him!
