Pramit Pancholi took time to explain everything about my hearing test he answered all my questions in a helpful way. I have no hesitation in recommending him. I will certainly be going back to see him in the future.

I am so Happy with my hearing aids. Cannot believe how they have changed my life.Pram is friendly and is very professional. Gave me good advice how to take care of my aids too.Pram explained everything so clearly so I could understand.I fully recommended Hidden Hearing to anyone.

Hassan is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. He conducted a really thorough hearing test. But Hidden Hearing instruments are very expensive. Not for me - just yet.

I left home for my holiday with a problem with my hearing aids.Stopped on route and found this amazing young man who shuffled his appointments to fit me in and solve my issue
Hassan was very througher from start to finish,and I was thrilled he had sorted my issue and I could continue to my holiday,with my hearing aids fully functional.

Pram could not have been more helpful and patient. He made sure that I understood all the processes involved in using my new hearing aids and set up the phone app for me. It makes such a difference to be able to control my hearing in varying circumstances.

Pram was such a professional with his expertise and knowledge of his Job, nothing was to much trouble to answer our questions or concerns about our hearing aids, would recommend pram without a doubt.

Excellent, friendly and efficient service.

I’ve always struggled with my ears being small which makes them hard to clean. Emma was fantastic with getting as much wax out as physically possible which has made work much easier now I can hear properly! Fully recommend, will 100% be using again in the future.

I have been suffering with the feeling of being under water for a long time but this was worse since I had covid. I made the appointment for a hearing check and wax removal. I followed the advice given and used the earol spray for 5 days before the appointment today.. I was treated today by Jan who was extremely professional and explained each stage of the process clearly. She was also extremely caring and empathetic during my treatment ensuring that I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the process. She removed a plug of aged impacted wax from my right ear which was had totally blocked my ear canal and was putting pressure on my eardrum. The releif was instant and the clarity of sound immediately improved. Thank you Jan.

Hassan Jamil from the Rugby office arrived punctually, was courteous, polite and was very professional. I was very impressed with the way in which the consultation was carried out and found it most useful.

Today's visit was really valuable not only in respect of update on the state of my hearing but a valuable service on my hearing aids I have been under the care of hassan here at hidden hearing for over two years and couldn't wish for better care. I remember the time when I was sitting in the waiting area and a customer had come out with sheer happiness that she could hear so clearly again. I won't forget her reaction.

Technician Hassan Jamil had no history on me as twice I was asked why I'd booked this test. Telling me that mental health problems can occur due to hearing problems is not a responsible thing if the patient is mentally fragile. My test was held in a room where I could hear the conversation in the next room which was a lady going skiing in Austria! So was my test result valid ? My wife who was asked to be part of the voice recognition test wore her face mask and was not asked to remove it but half way through did of her own accord, she speaks with a strong Italian accent and finds many new English words hard to pronounce correctly and clear! Whilst Hassan Jamil did as the company expected of him and was polite, the whole experience was unprofessional considering we may have been dealing with mental issues, which when I ask if the report would be forwarded to my GP (as was my ear wax removal report with another company), the answer was no...

Service was 100% everything was told for me my answers were very clear and everything went very smoothly

This is my 2nd review for Hidden Hearing (rugby branch)
My mum suffered with an ear infection over Christmas that cleared with antibiotics but Mum still couldn't hear Dr said that mum had wax build up so said she should go private. Went to some places in Rugby (mostly rather unhelpful) went to Hidden Hearing. And was greeted by the lovely Pramit and his team. Listened to what had happened with mum (noone really listened) Pram taken the time to listen to my mum with my little input. Got sorted with the was removel(done by the lovely Emma) followed by a Hearing test done by Pramit. With in 3 weeks of walking in my mum was sorted and happy again ( the happiest I've seen her in a long time) Pramit takes the time to explain everything to you and makes everything easy with no stress and hassle and actually listens to you and nothing is to much trouble for them.Can highly recommend them.
