J'ai commandé en toute confiance et je suis déçu.
Phil m'a contacté pour me suggérer le modèle inférieur afin que je puisse économiser de l'argent, je lui ai répondu comment nous allions procéder.
Depuis plus de nouvelles.
J'ai reçu ma commande avec la boîte d'écouteurs ouverte et il me manque les 2 adaptateurs fournis par le fabricant.
Je pense que j'ai eu le modèle inférieur et en plus déballé alors que j'ai payé le modèle supérieur et non déballé.
J'espère avoir une explication de la part du gérant Phil si c'est possible car il n'a pas répondu à mes deux messages envoyés ( par mail et messager ).
J'ai reçu ma commande au bout d'une semaine.
Le reste de ma commande est conforme.
Phil me donnera t'il une explication.
Finalement, Phil m'a remboursé une partie de ma commande.
Je le remercie de ce geste par contre je ne sais pas quel modéle j'ai reçu Obravo Cupid?
