Extremely happy customer with my tv purchase!

I called in with a few questions about a digital camera. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped me get an even better deal plus got me upgraded shipping at no charge. I ordered in the late morning and it was already marked as shipped by 3pm. Can't wait to get my new camera!

I'm so happy I went with these guys to help me pick out and instally my new home entertainments system. The first thing that impressed me was the service. Not pushy at all, just nice and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a great system based on their recommendations. It was installed a few days later and everything went really smooth. Everything was set up quickly and efficiently , including hanging the TV and placing the speakers and sub-woofer perfectly. All around great service.

I am a pleased customer. I recently had to coordinate the delivery of a new flatscreen TV for my dad's "man cave" in the basement. it was a surprise gift from me and my mom. I found audiovideonation listing a samsung un65f9000 at the most competitive price I can find. Since they look like a new seller, I was nervous as first but I called them and I'm glad I did. They answered all my questions and I had a lot . Merchandise was delivered yesterday in a very professional manner. They allowed me to inspect my tv which is what I was worried about in the 1st place. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I highly recommend these guys!

I was WOWed by the customer service I received. I purchased a digital camera for my husband for Valentine's Day. The rep called me to confirm my order and helped me pick the perfect accessories to go with my camera. My husband loved his gift. Thanks for making shopping for electronics easy

I was attracted to DirectBuyAV because of a low price found through Google Shopping on a Nikon DSLR. Buying online was fast and easy, the price too good to miss. 2 days later I receive a voicemail from DirectBuyAV asking me to call back for a credit card verification. Instantly my heart sank as I have read about other companies following this practice.

After calling back, the verification process seemed like a charade: they knew my address and credit card and as they had sent me a verification email with these details on. I was then informed that the DSLR they would be shipping me would literally be body only and would I be interested in purchasing their starter kit which included a genuine Nikon battery, charger and some software that I've never heard of for an outstanding value. I used to work in a camera shop and know that Nikon "camera only" boxes ship with the charger and battery and Nikon software included. Body only tends to mean "without a lens". That was what I expected and told the rep as much.

The rep countered informing that DirectBuyAv was a "wholesaler" and that was how they had such low prices. I asked the rep to cancel my order and I didn't realize from their website that they were a wholesaler. The rep then switched into "keep business" mode and started to negotiate the price, and even offered to throw in FedEx shipping instead of USPS shipping (hardly a deal breaker). I told him I would call back.

After a bit a research, I realized that the rep was adding the EN-EL5 battery and charger at full RRP, so after a bit of price shopping on Amazon, I negotiated DirectBuyAV to match the Amazon prices and add to my original order.

My order shipped today and I will have to wait to see if what I receive is the Nikon body only box with the battery and charger included, or truly a wholesale mix of 3 packages. The total order was still cheaper than some other sites, but I feel they should mention that they are wholesalers on their site, or that the camera did not come with some pretty essential parts in the listing. I feel lied to.

I got my digital slr and lenses in time for the new semester! The customer service representative even helped me find the perfect accessories for my new camera :)

New samsung flat screen just got delivered today! I had great customer service. Placing my order online was easy and a company rep even called to verify and double check all my info before it shipped!! I'm very happy with my entire transaction, start to finish.
