After doing much research and shopping comparison on different websites, I ordered a Samsung 75 inch led from audiovideonation. I spoke to many companies along this process and every other company rushed there answers and sounded very unprofessional. I found out audiovideonation's customer service was by far the best in both answering basic questions but also very knowledgeable with the products they sell. I received the shipment earlier than expected, all merchandise ordered was as stated by the rep I spoke with. I will definitely be shopping here again. Thanks!

I looked around for a while for my Samsung Plasma TV. I ran across a lot of bad reviews of other online retailers, so I was very hesitant to even order online. Audiovideonation was a little more expensive than some of the other sites, but I still saved $350 over the big box stores. I recieved my TV in about two weeks after my order was placed, which is a little long but i do live in SD outside of their normal delivery area, so it took a little longer. It came it great shape and works well! It was a new in the box USA model just as described! I had a very good experience, despite being very nervous about placing such a big ticket item online.

Hello there, I am writing to share that I am quite pleased with my recent experience. I procrastinated for a while on my purchase of a new digital camera because as I was shopping around I was finding that the prices were quite high. I came across this company and they had the best price I could find. I got some great photos over the weekend at my niece's wedding thanks to my new digital camera.

My boyfriend is a dj and this year I really wanted to outdo his birthday. I was shopping around for dj equipment to surprise him with some upgraded equipment for his birthday. I liked audio video nation because they are one of few online sites that will call you if you send an email in. I took pics and sent them of my b f's current set up and they helped me pick out some new items for him. He couldn't believe it when I surprised him on his birthday !!!!

I have been using a camcorder from school for my projects and I finally decided I am enjoying my broadcasting classes enough to invest in my own camcorder. Since I'm a student for me the most important factor was price . I decided to go with a Sony Handycam HDR 430 for something simple and light weight but still with high quality video . Definitely not the same as the expensive professional equipment we use at school but now I have my own to take with me on vacations and wherever I go and want to film something cool :) only 4 stars because the website doesn't have a pic of the camera online but I called and verified, ordered, and received the exact model in the mail .

PREORDER:
I purchased the Yamaha RXV675 receiver from AudioVedioNation 03/22/2014. I must admit I was slightly skeptical at first as they're not a well known retailer (soon to change in my opinion), however I could not pass this receiver up for $473 with free shipping (5-8 day USPS), as it retails for $650 and Amazon/Crutchfield/NewEgg list it for $599. After placing the order, I called just to confirm this was not an open, used, or refurbished item. I spoke with Robert who assured me it was brand-new. He also offered to upgrade me to UPS shipping free of charge, wow! I also contacted Yamaha to ensure they where not blacklisted (Yamaha keeps a record of retailers with bad business practices), which they are not . The rep. also verified that the product would be covered by Yamaha's 2-year warranty.

POSTORDER:
Received the product in 3 days (remember, free shipping)! Decent packaging, however would have liked to see an additional box (box in box), not the original packaging from Yamaha, but I'm nitpicking. Everything was included, e.g. manual, mic, antenna's, quicksetup inst., etc. Plugged unit in, hooked speakers up, powered ON, tested all 5.1's, features, and audio modes with all in proper working order. Registered the product with Yamaha with no issues.

Summary:
Great price, very good product, excellent customer service, and crazy-fast shipping, really, is there anything else to ask for. AudioVIdeoNation has just become my first stop to all my electronic needs.

I ordered a camera online here and I was worried at first because I've never purchased an electronic device (that cost half a thousand dollars) online before. The camera is a gift, and when I called to confirm that the camera had shipped, I was asked if I was aware that I had purchased a camera without the battery or charger. That would have been a disaster! The customer service rep was amazing and sold me an accessory package for less, gave me an option to purchase extra warranty for less, and even upgraded my entire package to UPS shipping. When Verizon dropped my call in the middle of all this, he even called me back. Bottom line, this is a quality business that clearly cares about the people who purchase from them. If I need any more electronics, I can honestly say that I feel safe, comfortable, and even eager to return to Audiovideonation. Great customer service! Thank you!

There are tons of reviews before Jan 2014 here. Problem is that the domain was registered Jan 22, 2014 – so that means for sure all reviews before that date are FAKE.
If there are so many shill reviews - let the buyer beware on anything made here.
