It’s a joy to visit!
I visited the store on two occasions. The first time I spoke to Josh who was incredibly helpful and attentive and was so patient while I tried on several rings. There was one ring in particular that caught my eye and he was able to reassure me that it was a purchase worth making
The second time I met Ciara. I was interested in the ring that I had discussed with Josh. I hadn’t intended to buy it as I have the holiday of a lifetime coming up in a couple of weeks but she was so charming and persuasive that I ended up putting a deposit in it. She was also incredibly helpful and efficient. The store is a joy to visit !

Brilliant engagement ring shopping experience
Had such a lovely experience in Austen & Blake. My boyfriend and I were assisted by the store manager who could not have been more helpful or attentive. She really made the process as smooth as possible and took the time to show me all the different engagement ring styles I wanted to try on. Highly recommend shopping here for your engagement ring!

The diamond fell out of my Gfriends…
The diamond fell out of my Gfriends ring 1 week after purchase. We were told it would have to be sent back to manufacturers to assess if it had been broken by us or was faulty. Told us that ONLY the manufacturer could tell. Also, my ring was to be resized to a size R. This was never done and we were told upon collection that we never asked.
Nightmare of a place.

Would recommend but 1 slight negative issue
I had a fantastic and helpful experience when I initially went and picked the engagement ring, and the person who served me was brilliant, and it was massively appreciated that I was able to take a store ring to propose with on holiday whilst I awaited delivery of my chosen ring. Although, I would suggest the ring box be reduced in size as it is quite chunky and difficult to conceal.
There was a moment upon returning to the store with my partner that put a slight dampner on events and did upset me slightly. When collecting the ring, the inital person handed me the card machine discretely to pay the rest of my balance which was fine and avoided my partner seeing the amount. However, this person then had to go assist elsewhere so someone else came to finish packing and handing over the ring. This person who then came over openly stated that I had x amount still to pay, infront of my partner and hadn't bothered checking that this had already just been paid by me 2mins earlier. I had no intentions of indicating to my partner the price of the ring, which I don't think is old fashioned and is probably quite common, but this was now ruined.
I would absolutely recommend Austen & Blake but it may be advisable for some store members to practice a bit of discretion.

When we came in for our an appointment everyone was lovey and caring. Stephanie was showing us the rings answered every question we had and help us pick out a few we loved. Great atmosphere and lovey people.

Engagement Ring From Austen and Blake
My fiancé bought my engagement ring from A&B and it is absolutely beautiful. A big thank you to Joshua who helped us as we were both clueless. He took the time to go through everything and was just fabulous. He showed us all our options/styles and helped us get the perfect ring!

Shannon Belfast Store
My Fiancé and I bought my engagement ring at A&B Belfast and went back to buy both of our wedding bands. Each time we went in, we had Shannon helping us. She is absolutely amazing! Expertise is second to none!
I came to Austen and Blake already knowing what wedding band I wanted - Josh couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful and the staff are so lovely, they cleaned my engagement ring while we were browsing. I felt affirmed in my decision of what I chose, and my fiancé felt so at ease trying on different bands. Definitely glad we chose A&B. My band came within two weeks and it’s a perfect fit. 🥰
