The ring for my fiance was just awesome. I spoke with a wonderful girl Shirley, she was really helpful and clear during our mails dialogue. The ring was exactly what I asked for, so definitively I recommand Austen & Blake for you next spose gift.

Excellent Service.
The service in Austin and Blake was excellent. The assistant was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She gave advice in a relaxed manner and did not make us feel under any pressure to purchase. When we returned to collect the ring we purchased we were warmly welcomed with Prosecco and chocolates. What could be better.!!!!

My lucky lucky day 🥂🥂. Great place to shop got all the assistance I needed and this was online. I was looking for a wedding ring an I wanted BLING. With Shirley's help I got more than just BLING.
What I got was the kind of experience that any shopper is looking for. It was a online chat with a lady in this company called Shirley, and this was my lucky day. I have been married 47 years and wanted new rings as the original ones are far too small for me now.....no point waiting for fifty might not be around. As I said I wanted wedding ring that was up to date. I hadn't an notion up to that what I wanted and when she asked me this I told her but I said I will know it when I see it. Shirley asked me a few more questions and then put up some pics of rings on the fourth pic there it was it just grabbed me. I couldn't believe it I had been looking so long because it had to be the right one I was never going to buy one again. Then came the details, how wide what colour gold lab diamonds or natural. Before I could make any of these decisions Sherilyn posted fotos of the ring it's paved so hard to imagine then she posted two more pics of someone wearing a usual sized ring and a thicker one both of the Verity I had picked. I felt she went above and beyond to satisfie my decision. In these times it's very hard to get a sales person so we'll suited to their job (show you boss this could be a few more pennies in the wage pack) Let's get on to the Nitty gritty their prices are the best I've seen and I've seen alot. THE BEST. I got what I wanted at a price I was very happy with after getting the best of attention..My best wishes to all that work for this company and to the genius that made it happen.
