Online training Avaliações

This company is not legitimate - no Australian company will accept the RSA Certificate provided. Racing Gaming & Liquor the governing body here in WA says "do not accept".
FRAUDULENT- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Plz don't use this site.
This is fake certificates everything.

WHITE CARD NOT RECEIVED
PAID $56

Happy to take my money but won't let me complete my certificate. Shocking.

..............

AQT = Charlatans.

Do not use them. They are shameful and a disgrace to the training industry.

Fake. Don’t use.

I have passed and PAID and now they tell me that i have my sighn in membership wrong, and after 2 requests no one has called me, VERY frustrating !!!!!!

I found the company very difficult to use and dishonest. Poor customer service, and an alarming lack of professionalism and respect for other companies in the industry. I would strongly urge future customers to avoid using AQT.

Very easy way to do the course and I left the course for a while and when I came back it didn't make me start again wit h is fantastic.

Horribly written questions not proofread for obvious grammar and spelling.
Sometimes even mis-numbering the amount of desired selectable answers.
Also brought in at a $19 pay scheme which is abandoned upon completion demanding a $50 footing bill.
Shameful overall standards for entry level qualification course.

Scam and rip off site.
They make you pay. Then tell you you need to have a check list siged off by your employer. What if you are unemployed! Very disappointing, wont be using this site or recommending it ether !

received numerous emails that my USI had been verified and still no white card available. this process has taken over a month since payment! horrible service, I won't be using AQT again and will pass on the feedback to my employer.

Hard to navigate, full of errors, very frustrating experience. Several times, the only way to get to the next question was to answer a question wrongly...and I had to guess exactly which way to answer it wrongly. I felt that nobody had bothered editing this or checking that it worked. I'll never use this company again.
