Online training Avaliações

The process was easy and I formative and well done

When I signed up to do my RSA it was advertised as $19 however now that I have completed it, they are telling me I need to pay $50 now. What a scam. I wasted an hour on this crap. Criminal behaviour

For an online program that is being used by lots of people, I felt it had too many mistakes in it. The answer to one question didn't allow me to click on all the correct possibilities to answer the question right. And towards the end some of the course the question to a topic came up before the explanations to the same topic had been given. I also struggled with the log in, but I got that sorted in the end with the very helpful and supportive email admin team.

Not enough information to complete course as made phone call with voice recording but no information on next step to complete course

I wouldn't recomend this traning to anyone. They take money quick any never give u certificate.I been charged 3 times for Rsa course and never got a certificate.Neither the money they charged me 3 times for same course.
Plse be fare.Either give me my all money back or give me my certificate plus twice charged money back????

It has now been 1month to receive my white card, I paid for express which was about $86.
They will take your money quick but it’s nearly impossible to get a reply back and their phone number is just a machine that takes your name and asks your reason for calling.
Also I found it a bit odd that you complete the course and pay your fee but then they want a photo of your ppe and a video (which I don’t have a problem with) but they should’ve asked for that before taking my money.
I’ll give a better rating if I get my card in the mail but other than that I wouldn’t bother with AQT.

I have not received my RSA that I completed.

I would recommend this company to all my friends

Easy to use and understand

Appalling customer service
Attempted to get an RSA through this. Paid, completed the course, and then found that their instructions for the ID requirements weren't very clear, so sorted that part out through email, and had to re-complete the last step of the test. No RSA was ever sent out, none available to download on the website; contacted by email and facebook regarding the lack of RSA certificate and they just never replied. Go literally anywhere else, I will not use this site again.

Do not recommend using this website at all.

False advertising with time frames and requirements - paid for express post $88 for the white card - still waiting for an email from them. No contact number, no reply to emails. Very unprofessional and dodgy site.

A good manual with easy and fast learning paragraphs.

The course was very informative and easy to understand. Thank you

Was a little hesitant to begin with as some of the reviews on this site said it was a scam etc. However i can assure you AQT is legit. I did my white card through them, the process was easy, the assesment itself was easy and everything was marked within 48hours. I was also scared i would never recieve my white card in the mail as some of the reviews said they had been waiting for up to 4 weeks and got nothing. However my card arrived in the mail within a week or so. Couldn't be more happy with AQT. Don't worry about what the other reviews have to say, those saying its a scam obvioulsy made a mistake themselves not AQT.

Thanks 🙏 easy to work and happy I sign up
