This company is a scam. My daughter did an online Food and Safety Course and didn't hear back from them or receive her certificate. They only replied to emails when it was something to do with why she can't get her certification because she had the wrong USI number but once corrected never heard from them and still waiting. Its been 3 weeks and she needs it for work. Next I will contact my bank to get the money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!

I found it was very well laid out with the way all relative information was used.

Spelling mistakes.
To difficult to upload photo's

It has been 3 months since I submitted the documents that is asked.They did not even give me an feedback .When tried to reach them it leads to nowhere.I applied to online course because of my busy lifestyle and work.I lost even more time because of their careless and unproffesional attitude

My experience getting my white card was easy and I would recommend it to others.

Practical course. Very well define and easy to understand and apply.

No support from aqt have waited for over a month for my certificate yet to receive it have tried to contact them via email and phone and no answer I find it a poor effort.. Rammy habib

This Company is an absolute Rort! I paid for the white card course and the online course is not working correctly for me to continue through, I told them this and asked for a refund but they said they wouldn't give me one.

This is a scam and company clearly run by overseas.

Save your money or you will regret it like i did.

I am out of pocket $56 and a really needed it so I could begin working.

Shame on you AQT I hope Karma bites you in the rear end!

Incompetent staff after numerous e mails chats they still can’t get simple information right worst ever

Found this course user friendly as I am not so tech savy

Absolute crap, after nearly 2 weeks have still not received my completion of food handling certificate, even though have paid for it, I have contacted them several times, now they say there’s an issue with my usi, well sort it out guys

I found the course very good, was good that you could redo Question if you got it wrong, and was informative and no pressure.

Still waiting to receive my certificate, even though I passed. Happy to take your money bit very slow to issue certificate
