Taking to long for whit card,nearly 4 weeks still nothing

so far it has taken more than 4 weeks to actually receive my whitecard, not impressed

Good company! Helpfull and good stuff. Only a bit better communication like over the phone would understand better and over the phone is more safe for both sides.

Have waited over a month to recive my white card done everything they have asked been told I would have it but still waiting. I would honestly not recommend it to anyone due to the waiting time. Iv asked for a booking number to send to my employer and received nothing not happy how iv been treated after making full payment straight away

Promised 2 day turnaround on assessing White card course. Now nearly 2 weeks later and full of excuses. They have my money though and I have no white card and refused access to worksite where I have a contract.

Fast, friendly online communication leading up to the practical face-to-face component of training. Great instructor who made the lesson interesting while informative through her bubbly friendly personality. Will be back, and definitely recommend.

Still waiting to get white card 8 days after doing the online course that advises i would receive a response in 24 hours?????

Communiacation with customers is shocking. Happy to take your money before course is even complete. Express pay is pointless as they still take so long to send your white card out to you even though we are in the same state.

They are really unprofessional one they just make us feel like we gonna have our certificates as soon as we finish and pay them which never gonna happen. They ask for other information which you will send right but they will say wrong. I am using my usi in couple of place and they keep on saying me that my usi is wrong I even sent them a mail from the usi office and still saying that my usi is wrong. Also I had paid them and sent my details 3 weeks ago but still haven’t received my certificate. I told them either you return my money or send my certificate and they ask my usi and repeat the same process for week.
They are just here to make easy money. I will never take part and will never recommend any of my friends and family to take any courses from this institution. It is kind of fake institution that’s what I am feeling right now. They just took my money and time also I have to loose my job because of these guys. They are really careless towards the student they just want to earn money. Never send money to them unless they say your certificate is ready we don’t need anything from you only thing left is money. But I will never recommend anyone to take any courses from this institution.

I have pay for two courses would not give me a certificate and has passed both of them I went to another online food handle course I passed gave my certificate straight away not like your just take money never going back to you ever waste of time poor service ? Kinds regards, Anne Latham

I do everything, the photo with ppe, video, the test, and the uci, but in more than a week no have nothing, no mails, no eletric whitecard, nothing

So far I have provided the USI 3 times, I have not received a receipt for the money paid. I need that invoice or receipt to show my employers as it is their money.

I was hesitant at first as there are so many scams out there but it seemed to be real and I could talk to someone if I needed help...
All went very smooth and I had no dramas at all
