The same poor service could have been delivered by any unqualified person
I had an autism screening call for £15. Very little communication before the call for what to expect and what I might need to prepare ahead of the call. Low quality call connection, very few questions asked, and of those that were asked they were extremely generic, as if any unqualified individual were reading them from half a script. On the call, it was mentioned that it would be good if I could email a summary of my thoughts to the "expert" I spoke to, who stated clearly he would get back to me the same day or the following morning. I have had NO response whatsoever. This was a frustrating and wasteful experience. I encourage anyone who suspects they are autistic to seek help elsewhere - this company will take your money under the guise of advising whether you should or shouldn't spend more, while providing no help or assistance whatsoever. Avoid this company to save yourself the time, money, and peace of mind.

I reached out to Autism Detect after…
I reached out to Autism Detect after experiencing what I now know to have been Autistic Burnout, and they were amazing!! The screening was prompt and professional yet also compassionate, and throughout the assessment process (which was carried out over the course of one month) I felt supported and heard. I would, and have, recommended Autism Detect to others in a heart beat.
