Great service

What can I say... Great communication throughout the repairs process, professional and courteous interactions with the team and the repair completed to a very high standard. My partner said the car looked brand new when I brought it back home.

The bread and butter (the repair) was done to an exceptionally high standard, looks amazing! They were also extremely accommodating with being messed around and me having to delay the repair due to hire car availability from my insurance. Everyone I spoke to were lovely and very patient! The lady over the phone and the chap when I booked it in (sorry didn’t catch your names!) and Kirsty who booked it back out to me at the end. All super helpful, just felt like a very welcoming place where nothing was to much trouble. Thank you!

Repair was done fairly quickly and you could follow the progress through autocraft app online. I was very pleased with result.

I highly recommend this company. My car looked like new when they fixed the paint damage to the bonnet and front bumper of my Jaguar XJ. Thank you to all the team for making it look pristine and for a friendly and efficient service.

The staff were very friendly and delt with everything from the moment I arrived till the car was repaired.
They gave an estimated quote there and then as the person who banged into my car wanted to pay cash for the repair, however, as the repair was too expensive for the 3rd party autocraft arranged all the repairs and hire car through enterprise insurance and everything was taken car of, with no hassle and problems for me.
I would highly recommend autocraft as they did a very good repair and put my mind at rest, they are very friendly and reassuring.

My car had rear end damage so i called at Autocraft to have the damaged assessed as i have used them in the past and was very happy with the quality and service i received.
I was greeted by Kirsty who was very helpful and kept me up to date with the progress of the repair.
Kareem inspected the car and completed the estimate, also took care of the insurance and replacement car.

My car was badly damaged in a no fault head on collision with a tractor.
I specified Autocraft to my insurance(LV) as my car was only 3 months old (a new model Mini Countryman) and they were BMW/MINI accredited.
Getting the parts from BMW/MINI was a problem I expected but I had a loan car from Enterprise through the whole process.
Tyler at Autocraft kept me informed weekly about progress which took some time due to back order of new parts.
I received the car back in pristine condition and cannot praise Autocraft enough for their excellent service both at reception and from Tyler but not forgetting the people in the workshop for the great job.

Absolutely as you would hope, great communication, customer service and mostly a very prompt and professional job. They beat the quote by a few days. A small problem was quickly rectified with perfect customer service. A rare feat these days. I was made to feel important, amazing.

Excellent body work repair and respray, from start to finish the whole process was managed very well. I am very pleased with the finished repair and would recommend Autocraft at Telford.

I found the whole process from start to finish was very quick and easy, from arranging a hire car to getting my car back mended. Kirsty and Steve were very good at keeping me informed of my cars progress.

Discussed the issue of my car with Kirsty, she was extremely helpful and reassured me on the process. Kareem completed my estimate and put a claim in for a hire car quickly. When I arrived to drop my car off, Karen and Kirsty greeted me and reassured me as it was a third party claim. I was kept up to date through the whole process. Fantastic service. If I ever need any work doing to my car again I would go back. Can't fault the staff at all.

Car returned fixed and nice and clean, but…

Had to wait 6 weeks to book in my VW ID3 as there wasn’t any courtesy cars available. The courtesy car I was given wasn’t electric, so it was cost me over £200 in fuel as it took almost 4 weeks to fix as they couldn’t get the parts.

I was very happy with the great service, kept informed by Mandy, Jude &Tyler and then delivered back by Tina.

Excellent repair from start to finish. The team informed me of the Enterprise incident management option which I used and that took away a lot of the stress and hassle. The repair is high quality and I have had no issues whatsoever.

Super helpful and the Ultimate Proffessionals , Autocraft have gone above and beyond to repair our Mini JCW and have carried out a perfect repair that is as good as the day when it left the factory new . Right from the initial meeting Kirsty was really lovely but extremely efficient and professional and kept us informed all the way through, I cannot thank her and the team enough. The best bodyshop by far I have everseen and I have been in the motortrade over 30 years.
