Excellent survey quality (Level 3 pre home purchase), and very friendly and helpful surveyor, Alex, who took time to talk to us in a follow up call to discuss details of the survey, and shared high resolution images of certain areas of the house on request. Survey report sent promptly after completion. Would use this firm again!

Appalling and incompetent surveyors.

Please don’t listen to all the fake reviews on trust pilot. this company is incompetent. They carried out a survey on our home and couldn’t tell the difference between UPVC and wood. The surveyor condemned our roof space and advised that it was necessary to replace the whole roof. However after a report from a qualified and highly respected Roofing company it was revealed that the surveyors report was completely false and misrepresenting of the property. Avoid all costs. The Cert lead to the loss of a sale based on unfounded and untrue information.. they are just out to cover their own backs and have no interest in supporting their customers
