An excellent service, great communication and extremely efficient

Alex rang me to ask if there was anything I needed him to look at particularly before he went in to start the survey.
He got the survey to us in record time which was brilliant. It saved us from going any further which a purchase that would have been more costly than we anticipated. Thank you. I consider the cost of the survey as money well spent!

Really helpful, quick and easy process, very professional

They were fantastic from start to finish, we could always speak to somebody on the phone, and the surveyor called on the day of the survey to ask if we had any particular concerns about the property beforehand. The report was received promptly via email, and the surveyor was very kind In taking time to talk through it with us so any parts we were confused about made sense :)
