I bought the raffi travel system four years ago with my first child. I put it into storage until I had another unfortunately the rain has gotten to it and it had become mouldy, but I contacted bababing and they said they could provide me with a replacement cover! Not only is the travel system amazing but the customer service you get is quick easy and very reliable service! Highly recommend them to anyone! Such an easy time to contact a customer service who are friendly and helpful! Definitely feel a valued member!

Can’t recommend bababing enough, we have a high chair that’s been damaged while in storage and we contacted them to see about new parts and they were sent out within hours of asking free of charge, brilliant company and customer service department

We had a really personal and brilliant experience with BabaBing…purchasing the Raffi2 bundle from Kiddies Kingdom in Dewsbury.
We went during a promotional weekend, and met Ashley (the designer/owner of BabaBing), who was so personable, informative and kind allowing us time to consider our options and purchase a Black Friday bundle that provided all we needed for a great price for quality items alongside the absolutely stunning pram.
We’ve had so many compliments on the pram in Kofe, it’s so lovely and easy to push, foldaway, transport and enjoy during long or short walks…I’d recommend this brand, the pram, next to me cot, changing bag to anyone looking for something stylish, great quality with longevity.

Awesome high chair that our son has loved using. Customer service has also been exceptional when we needed to obtain a replacement tray after losing it in a move.

I have recently purchased a Raffi 2 pram bundle which was amazing value for money. It included everything that I could possibly need for a baby, which was ideal as it saved me purchasing everything individually.
I have had so many compliments on the colour of my pram ( Heritage) and also the style 😍 It is so easy to use and the carrycot folding down makes it so much easier to fit into the car.
I needed a replacement raincover so I reached out to customer services and they have been more than helpful. I would definitely recommend Bababing products to others!

Customer service is absolutely incredible. April deserves a raise!! Always on hand to help out and is sending me car seat inserts replacements for my second bubs. She is always a pleasure to talk to and so is whole customer service time.

I brought out my BabaBing swing chair from storage for my 2nd daughter to use and we found out it wasnt actually working. So, I emailed Baba Bing to let them know as John Lewis, where it was purchased from, where totally dismissive. Baba Bing were extremely helpful from the start, couldn't have done more tbh to make sure they knew which bit wasnt working and were more than happy to send me any replacements I needed. Extremely impressed tbh!! Would definitely recommend their customer service, especially in comparison to John Lewis who were not helpful in the slightest.

Got my bababing a while ago and seriously can't fault it, a cat scratched up my hood so I contacted bababing and they have been amazing and are sending out a replacement immediately.
Would absolutely recommend their products especially the bababing compact stroller.

We bought our Raffi Bundle last year and it has been incredible! As a first time mum, I was apprehensive as to which pram to go for, especially because of how expensive prams can be. But I would 100% buy this pram again for my next child!

The customer service has been fantastic, both by the retail shop and Jamie himself (co-owner). I had a slight issue with my pram (nothing major) and Jamie sorted it within 48 hours of me raising the issue. There were no questions asked and it was replaced with a brand new one. Jamie spoke with us for an hour about his products and explaining what goes into each product. You can really see the care and attention that goes into each item and it was so lovely to hear this.

I would highly recommend Bababing and all of their products! I will be returning for their travel pram / stroller and my babies next car seat!!

I bought the Raffi MKII travel system as a first time Mum - it’s brilliant quality and value! The pram handles all terrain really well and I love the next to me crib. Customer service is fantastic also 😊

Have had such a great experience with these products! I bought the package deal, the crib, the car seat, the travel system and the swing chair. All of which have been fantastic items! Any issues I have had baba bing have went over and above to help sort it for me! Can’t recommend them enough.

I emailed Babab!ng asking if they could source a cable for our Hub swing chair. We have used the chair before but the cable seems to have gone missing over the short time it's been stored away.
My email was replied within minutes and after a series of photos being sent by me, the Babab!ng team have sourced a correct cable and are sending it out to me ASAP.
This is truly excellent service which is difficult to find at this time.

Overall it’s an alright crib, however I smash my toe into the bottom of the crib constantly, I’m unsure if it’s the placement of the legs or the size of the legs, or if I’m just stupid, but I would need to wear steel toes around this bassinet. For the legs can we not have the wider then the width of the bassinet, i understand for durability but centre of gravity would state that the edge of the legs can be perpendicular with the edge of the top and bottom frame of the bassinet.

I purchased the Raffi bundle for my granddaughter and have no regrets.
I did have an issue with the buggy which was rectified very quickly with no quibbles. The turnaround time was 3 days from collection from my house, fixed the next day and returned the following day. Brilliant. Their Customer Service is fantastic, (April is the lady I was in contact with), marvellous.
I would definitely recommend their products.

UPDATE 20/01/2026 - Following my original review, I was contacted directly by April from BabaBing. I’m pleased to say that she has now fully rectified the situation within 4 days, I have since been issued with the baby car seat, ISOFIX base, and a crib — exactly as BabaBing stated they would do in response to my review.

True to their word, the turnaround was quick once contact was made, and I appreciate the effort taken to resolve what had been a very stressful situation.
It has also since become clearer that some of the incorrect or misleading delivery information originated from BabyPlanet, the distribution partner, rather than directly from BabaBing themselves. Unfortunately, this resulted in BabaBing being unfairly positioned as responsible for delays and inaccuracies that were outside of their direct control.

I appreciate the way BabaBing ultimately handled the situation and followed through on their commitments. Thank you to April and the BabaBing team for seeing this through and ensuring we now have everything needed ahead of our baby’s arrival.

Original Review - 14/01/2026:
We met BabaBing at the London Baby Show in October 2025 and spent a good amount of time speaking with two salespeople. We were genuinely impressed by their knowledge and, wanting to support a smaller business, decided to place an order.

We were repeatedly assured by BabaBing that our order would arrive well before our due date of 8 February 2026. We were told the items were in stock with a 6–8 week lead time but would arrive prior to this. Based on this, we went ahead and purchased the 16-piece Raffi Travel & Home bundle, including the car seat and stroller in Kofe.

It has since transpired that, via BabyPlanet (their distribution partner), these items were never actually in stock and were always going to be delayed. We were only made aware of this last week (January 2026), months after placing the order.

We were told the items would arrive from BabaBing to BabyPlanet’s warehouse in the first week of December 2025, then again on Thursday 8 January 2026 — their stock never materialised. Today we received an email confirming that most of the order has finally arrived, except for the most vital items: the car seat, base, and crib. These will apparently not be available until early February.

While BabaBing have said they can provide a loan car seat and base (the absolute minimum, as we would legally not be able to leave hospital without one), they cannot provide a crib — leaving us to now find a temporary replacement, at an additional financial cost to us.

Overall, this has been a hugely stressful experience at an already critical time. The service feels incredibly deceptive, with repeated assurances that simply did not reflect reality. Very disappointing.

I have the una chair, very happy with it.

I absolutely love the BabaBing bedside & travel Cot for my baby, it is of such a high quality standard and when looking for a bedside & travel cot we looked at so many but the quality of BabaBing outshone all the others. The baby sleeps so well in it and I have comfort in knowing that the materials used are babysafe. Very happy and have recommended to several of our friends who are expecting.

Great customer service and a very speedy reply to my email. 10/10. Fantastic!
