Got the raffi pushchair it's so well made, reasonably priced and the best bit is how easily it folds with one hand!
Also customer service is really good needed a replacement wheel they were very knowledgeable and answered straight away to get it sorted quickly.
Would definitely recommend both the pushchair and the company in general

We purchased the Babab!ng Raffi travel system in 2021 for our first baby, as we thought it looked like a good, sturdy travel system that suited our needs - we weren’t let down. Now we are due our second, we were expecting to need to buy a new system; however, ours was good as new after a good clean despite going on lots of muddy dog walks. We have been super impressed by the durability and have gone on to purchase the Hera car seat for this baby due to our positive experience and good customer service we have received.

The Isla Daypac is the perfect pram bag and fits perfectly on a travel system and travel pram. Bababing have been responsive to emails and helpful with enquiries about spare parts due to a lost item (even though the item was purchased a while ago). Thank you

This was my first travel system for my first born and it was amazing super sturdy, amazing on all terrain. I found it didn't scratch easier and was super easy to push. I kept this and now will be using it for my second.
The car seat was light and easy to use. All my baby bags are bababing as they have the most useful pockets and don't break at all!

This company is extremely helpful and has beautiful customer service, the woman i spoke to over the phone (i think she’s called april) has a wonderful temperament and was helpful with the inquiries i had. The pram i brought is worth the money and hasn’t let me down. i definitely recommend! well done guys you have created a great company.🤍

Brilliant experience. We met the guys at the Baby Show in London and their product knowledge was second to none. The 16 piece bundle we bought in the new Kofe colour ticked all the boxes for us and the value for money was unbelievable and quality second to none. We cannot wait to start using our new bababing products.

My little one had gotten bigger now. So we’ve purchased the little stroller as it’s easier for me to use when I’m on my own. And it’s actually really good. The auto fold is life saver when trying to juggle a crying baby and shopping bags. I recommend.

Having looked at the reviews, I was really excited to order from Bababing after spending hours researching different car seats, pushchairs, and bundles. I’m English but live in France, and I specifically chose Bababing because they also have shops in Ireland (an important check since Brexit) meaning that they were based in the EU. Their website stated that delivery to France would be just £20, and there was no mention anywhere of customs or import fees.
I placed my order, but the day before delivery I received an email from UPS customs stating that I had to pay an additional €332 in customs fees or the parcel would not be delivered. I immediately emailed Bababing to question this but received no response. I checked their website again and could still find no reference to customs charges. I even looked on the UPS site, which explained that if I refused the charge, the delivery would be cancelled and I might not receive a refund. With less than 24 hours to decide, I had no choice but to pay the fees.
That was on September 3rd. When Bababing still hadn’t replied two weeks later, I contacted them again. They finally responded, telling me the charges were “not correct” and that they would look into it — but then I heard nothing for another month, despite sending three follow-up emails. After two months of chasing, Bababing eventually replied to say I needed to contact UPS myself and that they accepted no responsibility whatsoever, even though they are clearly failing to meet EU consumer law by not disclosing these charges before purchase.
Their communication throughout this has been extremely poor — responses take weeks, they rarely answer the questions asked, and their messages contradict previous replies. They have repeatedly avoided taking any accountability.
I was genuinely excited to order from Bababing, but this experience has left me completely deflated and disappointed.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, be warned: there are extremely high hidden import charges not shown at checkout, and Bababing takes no responsibility for them.

We purchased the Bababing Hub swing at Mamas&Papas for our daughter who is now 7 weeks old. She loves it! She’s happy to be safely strapped in and look around the room, and we are pleased that she is able to be visually stimulated to help her development. Highly recommend!

I had been given the Electric Baby Bouncer Hub Swing with Bluetooth Digital Display. Lovely chair for a newborn. Ive even passed it down to a few cousins too to enjoy it, and now its back to being mines as I'm expecting another child!

I went to the Bababing store to get a pushchair and the staff there were amazing! As a first time parent I didn’t fully know what I was looking for and the staff were really knowledgable and helpful. They showed me the raffi 2 and gave me a full breakdown of how to use all its features. Out of all the pushchairs ive seen I hadn’t seen one so versatile and easy to use. It was a no brainer. I highly recommend going to have a look as they have a great range of products!!

Last week I emailed the company about a few questions I had about thr pushchair they do as I wanted to put it up before my baby arrives . Customer service was lovely and responsive and assisted me with all my questions quickly. Couldnt ask for more to be honest. The pushchair is beautiful too.

As a first-time mother, I saved carefully to buy what I believed would be a safe, trusted pushchair to carry my baby through his early years. Choosing a pushchair isn’t just a purchase — it’s an emotional investment in your child’s comfort and safety. When something goes wrong, you expect the company to care, to understand, and to stand by you. Sadly, Bababing has shown the opposite — delays, broken assurances, and little sign of genuine care or accountability.
I bought a Bababing Raffi pushchair in July 2024, my son was born in September 2025, and after less than a year of normal use, the handle broke in August 2025. I reported the fault immediately on 15th August, and Bababing agreed to send a repair kit — but later admitted they had forgotten to send it.
After waiting five weeks with no progress, I was left without a working pushchair and had to buy another at my own expense. When I requested a partial refund, Bababing refused, citing “company policy” because the pushchair was over a year old — ignoring the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states that repairs or replacements must be carried out within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
I explained that now sending a repair kit internationally was not a suitable remedy, as it would cause more delays, require me to fix it myself, and risk being held in customs. Bababing went ahead regardless, and the kit was indeed stopped in customs, just as I warned. Their proposed solution — waiting for the kit, attempting the repair myself, and possibly returning the pushchair to the UK for inspection — meant many more weeks of inconvenience after already being without it for six weeks. It has now been over two months, and this is the third time they’ve claimed to send another kit.
When challenged, Bababing said it was “unfair to apportion most of the blame” to them, despite the delays being caused by their own oversight and refusal to take responsibility.
I recommend anyone experiencing similar issues to report Bababing to Trading Standards and pursue chargeback through your bank. For parents considering Bababing: everything seems fine until it isn’t. When you need help most, you’ll discover whether a brand truly stands with families — and Bababing does not.

We have a rock out bouncer which has served us well, sturdy, made to last and excellent quality and easy to store. Unfortunately somewhere in storage I have misplaced the toy bar and I am hoping to use the bouncer for our second baby, I emailed Bababing re replacement toy bar, they were very prompt and helpful in their response, excellent customer service and great products!
We also have a Bababing changing bag that has lasted well and shall be using the second time around too!
Highly recommended this company!

I bought the Raffi pram in heritage and have had loads of compliments on it! It’s robust and sturdy, the suspension is great and the basket underneath holds a fair bit!
I also bought the stroller for our holidays and again this ticks all the boxes - super lightweight and easy to fold (even whilst holding the baby!)
Lastly, the customer service is fab and nothing is too much hassle!

We absolutely love our bababing products, we have the auto fold compact stroller and the high chair and I honestly can’t fault it at all, both stylish and practical. Communication between myself and bababing has been really good, would definitely recommend!

We have the full 17 piece bundle. The chassis is amazing, so easy to open and close. Excellent all round d travel system. Perfect height, wheels great, folds compact, cleans easy, baby loves all of it. Next to me crib is perfect and folds up well, love the basket under neath. Would buy again. Only thing baby wasn’t keen on was the electric swing. For reference I’m 5ft2 and had a tiny baby

We purchased the full 17 piece bundle when I was pregnant and we really like it. Our pram has had so many compliments, we are glad we chose it in the end. We then decided to get the compact stroller aswell as we were going on holiday to Turkey and didn’t want to take our main pram with us. The compact stroller is so lightweight, easy to push and it folds down literally with one hand. It comes with a storage bag which was great for packing the stroller away at the plane door and stopped it from getting damaged. The storage bit underneath also has plenty of room to hold things. I hope we continue using the stroller on future holidays until our little one doesn’t need a buggy an longer ☺️
