I absolutely love our changing bag. Although ours is an older model, the design is incredibly sturdy and very practical for being out and about all day with baby. It has tons of space & pockets for changes of clothes, formula bottles, and changing mat and generally everything else one may need. It's already been used for 2 kids and is about to be used for the third and still looks like new!

Travel system is really good, bought for my first and will use for my second which is due in a couple of weeks. Customer service team is amazing they go above and beyond when I have contacted them for support. Just bought the electric swing for my second boy!

I have been borrowing a friend's floating bouncer from Bababing and it's been used every day so far. It has served its purpose really well and has a nice bounce to it, which has been invaluable in helping get our son off to sleep or reassure him. It fits nicely under his crib and the cover comes off easily to wash.
We contacted the company to see if we could get a replacement part that was missing when given to us and they were friendly, prompt and helpful.

The products I bought (next to me crib, swing chair, high chair and feeding kit) are all well built and look great. The customer service goes over and above and I would say it is the best customer service I have ever experienced. They were quick to respond to any questions and were extremely helpful when I needed support after damaging one of the products. I will be buying from them again in the future and will be recommending them to my friends.

This pram ( seat unit) gave me one of the most frightening experiences as a mother. While out on the school run, the canopy kept sliding off on one side ( noticed it was just on one side after I had gotten home, honestly I had thought the pram itself was collapsing) with a loud click sound, even though both sides were securely anchored. It gave me the impression the whole pram might collapse and that my baby could fall. The panic was so intense that I had to abandon my plans and rush back home, missing my baby’s vitamin appointment.

When I reported this, customer service dismissed it by saying I hadn’t anchored it properly which was simply not true. Regarding my complaint about the whole experience; Their exact words were, “I can assure you that you that if you are using the 5point harness your baby wouldn’t fall off.” That response completely ignored the reality of the situation and the distress it caused.

And to think I once recommended this pram on socials to my friends shortly after I tried the carrycot , I know better now.

No parent should have to feel that kind of fear when trusting a pram with their child’s safety. For this reason, I cannot recommend this product and urge other parents to be cautious.

Edit; to add that I also have an issue with their infant car seat. I will review that as well.

Purchased the 11 piece bundle in shade minky for my first baby, myself and my partner were over the moon with the full set and exceeded all our expectations! It is the most comfy and effective pram my baby is now 1 year old and we still use the pushchair. The quality of all the products are amazing and I would recommend this to any parents. Customer service are also great with any questions or queries.

Brilliant high chair, our baby loves it. The harness is secure and the lift on and off tray isn’t too restrictive for him. The adjustable footrest is great as he grows, too.

We love our Bababing Baby Swing so much. Everything about it is great! The gentle rocking motions and different speed options are perfect. It is also great that you can lock it into place and use it without the rocking swinging motion too. I would definitely recommend.

This company is fantastic ! We have the swing chair from there and our son loves it , we also have an elephant print baby bouncer at the grandparents and he equally loves that too ( it has been adored by many grandbabies )

Would 100 percent buy other items from this company if required without a second thought !

I made an initial online enquiry regarding a replacement part and immediately received a reply with a kind response to help me with the replacement required. I await the safe arrival however am most impressed with the efficiency.

I originally visited Kiddies Kingdom and had thought I knew exactly what I wanted. However completely changed my mind when I got there. The value for the Raffi bundle is unbeatable and the products themselves have all been perfect. Cannot fault any of them. The yravel system is as good as any higher priced band and the 2.0 looks even better! We also got the deal with the free compact stroller which i couldn't believe. So far we have taken it away 3 times and it's been perfect. My friends even purchased the same one after seeing it. The day I visited Kiddies kingdom people from the brand were in and they were lovely too.

My twins absolutely love their bouncy chair! It's comfortable and easy to clean! Would defo recommend. I would buy more products from this company!

The bababing raffi pushchair has been invaluable - the different attachments allows the pushchair to adapt to a growing baby to toddler. Would definitely recommend!

I have recently used the baba bing next to me crib and this was such a lifesaver during the newborn phase, so easy to assemble and the fact it comes in a travel bag makes it easy to transport around. My little boy loved it! I also have the baba bing swing which again my little boy absolutely loves. The different settings on it help him to drift of sleep and he will get so much use out of it.
Overall I’m very very happy with my purchases!

We love our bababing raffi mink! The colour is stunning & the pram feels so sturdy no matter the terrain. We’ve done grass, sand, concrete and it just pushes with ease. The folding system is by far the easiest we came across too, no having to do a magic trick to get it folded up! We have been so impressed at the customer service also - they are quick to respond and are super helpful!

I have the Raffi pram and it’s wonderful. So much storage underneath. You can use in all terrains and it is lovely to push. The bassinet is fab if your baby has colic as it rises. The seat is brilliant for naps and has an extensible cover.
I had an issue my chassis and spoke to customer service and this was replaced very quickly. Customer service was super helpful. Would highly recommend

I purchased the 17 piece bundle for my son and his partner. The set comes with everything a new born (going into toddler and beyond) could possibly need. The travel system included the Raffi MK2 in the minkey colour. Everything is absolutely perfect. The service was brilliant from order to delivery. April, in customer services couldn't have been more helpful. There was a slight wait for the colour we wanted, but we were provided with a loan travel system that was brand new. I was kept fully up to date. I would honestly say that they're a great company to buy from.

The Raffi compares equally to both silver cross and mamas and papas, which my daughter used for my other grand children. But the Raffi, as well as looking great, folds so easily even I can do it. The pushchair is very roomy but when folded is compact enough to fit in my boot with ease. We get lots of compliments about it too. Everything in the 17 piece bundle is great quality but the whole bundle is a fraction of the price of other brands but doesn't skimp on design or quality. Thank you bababing.

I absolutely love my bababing changing bag. Great as it doesn't look like your typical changing bag, just a stylish rucksack that my husband can also use, whilst having lots of zips and compartments for all baby essentials + it's waterproof! I have made a few purchases from bababing over the years and have always found their products to be good quality. I recently needed help from customer service and April was very helpful in resolving my query.
