My partner and I purchased the Bababing electric baby swing chair for our son after it was recommended to us by a close friend. It’s the only chair/rocker that our son enjoys using and has brought many hours of joy for us watching him smile and fall asleep in it! The chair is super easy to use and the material is easy to remove and wash too. When I had a query before purchasing the item, the customer service team were also very quick and helpful in their response. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is on the fence about buying.

We bought the full bundle for my daughter, it included the pram/pushchair carseat and base and all the pram accessories, next to me crib with blankets and sheets and highchair with feeding set. Everything is amazing! My granddaughter has just started weaning and we have set up the highchair and it is perfect the hight is brilliant to feed while sitting on the sofa,the seat is the perfect size for her and so comfortable and it looks really stylish aswell. I would highly recommend the bababing full home bundle its wonderful quality and value for money.

I purchased the Luca rucksack less than a year ago, and unfortunately, the zip has already broken. Given that this bag cost just under £80, I was really expecting better quality and durability. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that their warranty only covers 6 months, which is incredibly disappointing for a product that should last longer than that, especially considering this was a technical fault. I explained the situation, but instead of offering any help, I had to chase them multiple times for a response. The lack of timely and helpful communication only added to my frustration.

I am very disappointed with how this was handled, and I would not recommend purchasing from Bababing if you want something that will last. In my experience, it’s simply not worth the money.

Have dealt with the customer service team at Bababing just twice in the 3.5 years we’ve had our Raffi pram and they have been amazing both times. Very responsive and helpful (even when it’s been completely my error..!).
The pram is great - literally the perfect inbetween size for London life. We are about to use it for our second child and the car seat and bassinet have cleaned up perfectly with a quick wash in the machine.
Considering updating our John Lewis travel buggy for baby 2 and have seen they now do a range which is fab - will definitely be investing in one of those.
Highly recommend.

Delighted with our high chair from Bababing, bought for our granddaughter. First used at 5 months and still in use at 15 months with plenty of time left. Well made, easy to put together, good-looking, value for money. Excellent follow up customer service, too!

We bought the Bababing bundle (pram and car seat) in 2022 for our first born. It was amazing quality and my mum friends were asking about the product due to its quality and durability. We have now had our second daughter who was born premature. We were unable to locate the newborn car seat inserts so contacted Bababing to purchase more. They have sent to us the inserts free of charge meaning we are able to bring our daughter home safely. Customer service was amazing and couldn’t have asked for more. We would highly recommend this product to anyone

As a first time mum I was looking for a bag that was both stylish yet practical. The bababing mani bag in navy ticked both boxes. Bag is a good size and material is lovely, can wipe away milk stains easily. I always use it on my travels and unfortunately that is how I misplaced the changing mat, think I left it at the services on the way back from Cardiff. Will be a nice surprise for anyone who finds it as its a nice and big mat. Contacted customer services to get a replacement as unable to find it on the website, and as a goodwill gesture they
offered to give me one for free. Will defo recommend both the bag and bababing as a company to all first time mums.

Customer service team were responsive and extremely helpful. Company were also willing to provide replacement parts for a second hand bouncer that we had been gifted, which enabled us to reuse it instead of throwing it away. The product is cute and good quality and our little one loves it!

Asked for replacement cover for elly elephant rocker.had reply today offering replacement free of charge. What a wonderful company highly recomended great rocker.

The Bababing swing has kept both our children happy through the last few years. Both loved being in it from birth, listening to the relaxing music whilst gently swaying. The hanging toys and timing features are great additions too! Would highly recommend to keep baby happy, giving you some hands free time!

Bought the Luna bag in olive. This bag is really stylish and doest have the typical nappy bag appearance. I am yet to use as Nappy bag but so far have packed my twins hospital stuff ready for delivery. Its so spacious, have managed to fit everything on my list. I was also struggling to find something that will match the colour scheme of my pram and the olive colour matched perfectly.

We bought the 17 piece Raffi bundle and we're so pleased we did. The pram and all of the attachments are easy to use and easy to clean! The bundle has the added bonus of so many extras that you don't get from other companies, such as a high chair, an electric baby swing chair, cutlery set and so much more! We're set from baby to toddler with this bundle.

We purchased a Ellie elephant bouncer for our little boy and it’s great quality. Much stronger than other bouncers and seems really secure with the clips. He absolutely loves being in this!

I ordered a changing bag for my friend for her baby shower. The quality was amazing, very good leather however I needed to change the bag because it wasn’t the shape my friend wanted it to be. I contacted customer service if I could exchange for another style and they were very quick to reply and also happy to help.

We bought a Bababing push chair recently and it’s lovely! It folds up very easily and is light enough to carry with one hand. The company has been very good about replacing the rain cover that I left on a train.

Excellent customer service and brilliant products. I have had two children, each have used the Bababing Hub and have been settled and safe in the swing chair while I can do small tasks and watch them! The movement and music options allow for great sensory experience for young babies. I also had an accident where the toy bar was broken and Bababing were able to send a replacement

Can i just say how amazed I am at what Ive just read. I purchased a Pram with all the bundle last year and I have been so impressed with the quality of all the things I have purchased more so of the Highchair which I received for my Son who absolutely loves the feeding set which comes with it. I can honestly say hand on heart that the service and quality of the Baba bing products are second to non. I would like to mention that I had my baby early and the colour I chose had not come in so the guys sent me out a Car Seat and Travel system to use whilst mine came in which was just a few short days later. Which other company would go above and beyond like this. They were Polite and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. I would give this company 10 stars if I could Im that impressed. Avoid at all costs!

I purchased the Una highchair from bababing (through John Lewis). After a few months of using the highchair with no issues or changes the base came away from the seat whilst my daughter was strapped in causing her to fall face first onto the tiled floor leaving her with multiple facial Injuries and an assessment for concussion.

I have never experienced such awful customer service, bababing did arrange to collect the highchair and inspect it however, when speaking to them on the phone stated ‘alot of people just leave bad reviews as they want money especially at this time of year’ i waited in on 2 occasions for the chair to be collected one of which they had sent the driver to the wrong address and the second it wasn’t even booked but they advised it was probably the drivers fault and also tried pushing it back on me that it was unsuccessfully attempted even though they sent them to the wrong address. I had to chase the report on the high chair multiple times which was eventually sent over with no explanation or phone call to follow this up. The report took no ownership to the fault and focused more on how the item was returned (which was done as I was advised, however they are denying this) stating that some things in the report could be down to how it was packaged and that I didn’t include the foot rest in the return (I removed to package up). When I replied expressing my concerns with the report and service I have received with a strongly worded email and asking what the resolution was and the next steps I was responded to with an email insinuating I had lied about things in my earlier email, I should have noticed if things were wrong with the chair and that basically it was something we had done to make it happen.
Customer service is absolutely shocking and no compassion to the situation was given at all. Products are very unsafe. Don’t seem concerned at all that a young child has been injured by their product. Has been a a chain of one thing after another and just want to see the back of them now.

Poor customer service.

Replacement seat was sent out in the wrong colour. What’s even better is they’ve only sent a seat unit WITHOUT THE COVER. So now I’m left with a MINKY seat unit and an ALMOND cover. You can’t make this up. BEWARE of this company as they’re clearly not checking their products correctly before sending out. Absolute nightmare.

Since requesting a replacement for the damaged seat, Bababing have said that the “sales team” have agreed that they will send a replacement if I amend my review. Ive tried amending it on Feefo as requested and have got nowhere, and no support. I’ve never known a company to treat a customer like this. Well, here is your amended trust pilot review! I won’t be shopping with you again and hope for the sake of others, no one else falls into the same trap.

REVIEW:
I received a travel system and one of the seats had a large dent in the frame. I sent it straight through to the customer services team and they responded with an offer to send out a free pram (which they are selling for free anyway on their website). If they’d had looked into my order they would’ve seen I’d already purchased that pram also.

I have asked for a partial refund or an equivalent as I feel that is fair. I don’t feel comfortable paying full price for something that is damaged, especially at £809. It’s a cost of living crisis and times are already hard for expecting parents.

I’ve had no reply since, and I’ve asked for the process with returning damaged goods. No reply again.

Really gutted as I had really high hopes for this company.

Bought a hub swing from them on eBay (Bababing_world) thought I was getting a great deal meanwhile it was a defected item, only worked a few times. I sent them messages on ebay and emailed them directly and absolutely no response.
