What a fabulous idea. Needed a buggy for a holiday as ours is bulky and up came an ad on my Facebook with this company - allowing us not to have to find all the money buy a travel buggy. Used it every day. Couldn’t fault the process with getting the buggy my address didn’t go in correctly and I got contacted straight away to get this amended. I will 100% use this service again if needed and would 100% recommend

Baboodle was exactly the solution we had been hoping for! We needed a double buggy for our toddler and newborn but for a shorter period of time than buying ourselves would warrant. We rented a ‘previously used’ rather than brand new product but it was delivered like new and you’d be forgiven for thinking it was, in fact, a brand new item. The hiring process was quick and easy, and the financials make this incredibly cost effective. Return was easy to arrange. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and recommend!

Excellent service, arrived on the exact date, great that I could rent a brand new product for my newborn. Very easy returns process. The only thing I would change would be a confirmation of receipt of returned item. I am a repeat customer and will use the service again. Thanks!

The whole concept of Baboodle is just amazing in my opinion. I’m so glad it’s here and exists for my first experience as a parent. I wanted to buy the Snoo but I’m so glad I had the option to rent it in case my baby didn’t love it - he did! I live in a joint family and it meant that I didn’t have to find more space to store things but was still able to enjoy the perks of a premium bed for my baby at half the cost! I’ve also rented the Bugaboo for our first holiday and it was a good way to trial the pram before buying too! The customer service is always very good and everyone is super helpful. I’ve recommended Baboodle to every single new parent I know. They are all sick of me talking about it lol. If you’re on the fence about this for whatever reason, you shouldn’t be! Just go for it, you won’t regret it. 10/10

Fast and efficient. Spotlessly clean.

We wanted a stroller for holiday but didn’t want to buy one yet as baby is young and we didn’t need it yet. We also don’t have the space to store another baby item so renting was the perfect option. It was fairly good value for money. Arrived on time, we ordered it a day or two before we needed it as advised but it did arrive on time. I found the return process easy & straightforward. We did need two people to carry it to the office but we had two people so wasn’t an issue. I found the quality of the stroller to be very good and was overall very happy with it. Would recommend Baboodle. Only feedback would be that the choice was limited. I wanted to try the joolz aer 2 before buying but they only stock 1 stroller which is quite an old version now so I doubt many people would buy that specific one after using given there are new versions available.

Great, delivery quick and easy to rent. Only reason for mark down is that the pram had a few broken parts on it, which is to be expected with rentals but made it a bit wonky for my baby to sleep in.

The service was well priced and the steps were simple to follow. Delivery was very smooth and the return process was smooth as well. Fast support from the team as well when I had questions. The items rented are in good shape and function as well.

It has been great renting items through Baboodle and I would definitely rent more items in the future. The customer service is 10/10- thank you Baboodle Team. Any queries I had were responded to promptly. I have recommended Baboodle to several of my friends already.

Can’t recommend enough. It’s so easy and simple, I rented new products and they arrived really quickly with lots of communication and updates. Great value and great range of products too.

I have returned one item so far (as newborn grew out of it) the return was super easy and simple.

Their customer service is fantastic!! I had a few queries and one item was missing but they were super helpful and sent another immediately which arrived the following day. I am still using them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Baboodle saved my sanity when I rented a breast pump for a couple of months. The pump was delivered very quickly and the return process was very simple and quick. I also found the customer service very efficient and kind. 100% would recommend.

Amazing service. Item arrived earlier , so had time to get used to the buggy before my trip. Was amazing at the airport and in Sweden. Will be using again !!

Thanks to Dan from Baboodle for helping us out so spontaneously with a stroller — our stay in London was absolutely wonderful! Everything went smoothly, relaxed, and completely stress-free. Dan was incredibly accommodating, and we’re so grateful for his generosity and kindness!
