Seemed like a great idea at the time but since cancelling the subscription and sending the pram back, baboodle have taken three unauthorised payments from my account and have been ignoring my messages and not given me my refund. Despite speaking to the bank who claim there is no subscription with them, thy seem to be able to still take my money. Am on maternity leave and has left me in debt. AVOID

Had a good experience with Baboodle. Did not feel like the pushchair rented felt like it had been used. It came nicely packaged and was simple to return back.

When I reached out to them they generally responded back within a short timeframe. I’d happily use them again

Online questions answered quickly & in full. This gave me the confidence to go ahead and order a bassinet for my granddaughter who was staying for 2 weeks. Bassinet arrived on time, was perfect and collected on time. Will definitely use again when my granddaughter comes to visit

Really disappointing service. The website allows you to place an order for a certain date and then when I enquired about delivery, I am informed that 1) actually it would be a couple of weeks and 2) the item actually has a waitlist. Total bait and switch. If you need reliable service, this is not it.

Easy to look, book, communicate and use. Stress free and a far more sustainable approach to short term use of large/expensive items.

We rented a pram from Baboodle, initially for three months but then extended to four. The pram arrived quickly and was clean and in good condition. The return process was also very straightforward. I would use them again if I needed an item for a short period of time.

Baboodle offers a good selection of items at reasonable prices. What impressed me most was the excellent customer service - always quick to respond to queries and in a friendly and helpful manner. Returning items was really easy too. I would definitely recommend and would use again.

Baboodle was fantastic for all of the newborn baby items (pram, cot, highchair) that we knew we’d only need for a few months. All the items were in great/as new condition, and it felt great to simply return them once our daughter had grown out of them!
