Friendly and helpful customer service
I came across the company when hunting for a small Christmas gift that was out of stock elsewhere. Delivery timeframe was listed as just a few days, in time for Christmas, so I added another gift to the order without paying attention to the different timeframe given. Following the automated order confirmation I received an email from customer service informing me the second item would be delivered after Christmas, as advertised, and checking how I would like to proceed. I cancelled the item and received a polite, friendly response. The first item was delivered promptly and the second refunded within a reasonable time.

Fantastic bargain!
I was initially a bit concerned about ordering because the running buggy was £100 cheaper here than anywhere else, and I worried it might be too good to be true. I’m so glad I bought from baby and child!
The buggy was delivered a bit quicker than their described timetable.An absolute bargain and great service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Time waste and very poor customer service
I ordered an item that was listed as 10-14 working days delivery. After 8 days I had not heard anything so I enquired and was ensured by customer service that the item would be dispatched. After 14 days I enquired again and was told the item was now out of stock. I requested a refund and 8 days later have not received it or heard anything back. Time wasters and very poor customer service.
