Seamless experience :). Great price for a quality product

Ease of ordering our products was brilliant from Baby and Child and it was our first order.

Orders came separate so had my bulky items delivered first by ‘AIT Home Delivery’ Jang was brilliant, delivered with care and service was great.

My second delivery was delivered by ‘DX Express’ and was for the mattress for the cot bed. Sadly I had an issue with this order, don’t feel as if they handled the order with care.

Would like to say Lauren from Customer Services was absolutely fantastic, she responded quickly and came to a resolution that worked for us, issue was resolved in under 48 hours.

Quality of the items are second to none, had no issues assembling, would say the instructions are straight forward in my opinion.

​My experience with the shop didn't start off great....The Cybex pram I ordered arrived faulty, with dents on the frame, a squashed hood, and a seat that wouldn't sit level.
​However, Chris was absolutely amazing. He agreed to change the frame and hood to see if the seat position would improve, and he always kept me updated through emails and calls. In the end, they went above and beyond and sent a completely brand new pram to make sure I had the exact buggy I paid for, free of any damages or manufacturing issues.
​Now, I am 100% happy with the pram and 100% recommend this shop. No matter what, their customer service is brilliant and they are always there to help!

Five months of excuses – reported to Trading Standards and taken to court

I genuinely cannot believe how appallingly this company has handled a faulty stroller.

I purchased a stroller that turned out to be faulty. Five months later, I am still fighting to receive the fully functioning product I paid for or a refund.

Throughout this ordeal, I have been given conflicting information, repeatedly passed around and left dealing with a situation that should have been resolved months ago.

I have retained written evidence of statements made to me that contradict other information provided, including information communicated to the manufacturer. The inconsistencies are extremely concerning, and I have completely lost trust in this company.

Rather than taking responsibility and resolving the issue, I was eventually told to contact their “legal team”. I have attempted to do so, but they have also failed to respond. It is difficult to understand how a company can consider this an acceptable way to treat a paying customer.

The entire experience has caused five months of unnecessary stress, frustration and inconvenience to both myself and my family. I have spent an unreasonable amount of time chasing a resolution to a problem that I did not create.

I have now been left with no alternative but to commence court proceedings which have now been filed.

I have also formally reported this company to Trading Standards due to my concerns about its conduct and the handling of this dispute.

It is astonishing that a customer should have to resort to legal action and report a company to Trading Standards simply to obtain a satisfactory resolution for a faulty product.

In my experience, the customer service has been dismissive, inconsistent and completely unacceptable. Rather than taking responsibility, this company has allowed a straightforward consumer complaint to escalate into a five-month dispute involving formal legal proceedings.

I would have expected a company to demonstrate some accountability, professionalism and basic respect towards a paying customer. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.

I would strongly advise prospective customers to consider my experience before purchasing from this company.

I certainly wish I had taken my money elsewhere.
