False advertisement. Bought a bracelet and it broke 2 times. Brought to local jeweler and he said it’s hollow links. Description Says solid gold. Contacted CS and Victoria had the audacity to state they would have fixed it but I voided the warranty by taking it elsewhere. Sure, so they can keep with their lies of the item being solid gold. I was more concerned about the false advertisement! Don’t be fooled and spend that money elsewhere.

Sent me a broken charm enhancer then said no refund. They told me they MIGHT OR MIGHT NOT APPROVE WARRANTY?! Are they kidding?

Ordered and paid for a pair of earrings one month ago, still have not received them.
They claim that they dropped the package to the carrier, tracking says otherwise.
They barely reply to emails and promised to ship the order three days ago and provide a new tracking link, which has still not happened.
They refuse to cancel the order claiming it has shipped and there is nothing they can do, however then they confirm the order was not in fact shipped.

Baby gold is a scam. The gold is not solid gold as advertised. The return policy is for store credit only. I am going to test the gold to see if in fact it is 14k carat. I spent over $1000 on two pieces and they are both not solid as advertised.

I need to return an item since it is too small for my ears. They are zapping a $15.00 fee on the return which was not stated in their return policy. I don't think they can legally do that that. They do not answer the phone with a person & have not given me my email a proper response, they are just giving me a BS line that they are giving it to a live agent. I will return the item and not be happy to have to use the reduced credit on something else from them. This is the worst Customer Service I have experienced except for a China Scam I got involved in last year. Too bad!!!

So this is a scam do not buy you will be tempted by the low prices but okay see the first red flag i wanted to buy a bracelet for 90 dollars and then i moved and changed my address to uk and it was 90 pounds except 90 pounds is about 115 dollars so they manipulate the price to make you pay more depending on the currency. The customer care is non existent i feel like its some guy on a couch that answers email when he feels obliged to. This is a scam do not buy

My partner bought me a name necklace which cost him £400, i only had it for a year where it snapped out of no where. i contacted customer service who said they would send on to the relevant team and i've had no response for about a week. Looking at all the other reviews, its obvious they won't respond or replace the item. CHEAP AND NASTY!!! Do not buy from them or waste your money.

I would absolutely not recommend baby gold! I bought two bracelets from them. One has just broken for the third time. The first two times I sent it back to them and they repaired it for $20 but it took eight weeks. Second time I just brought it to a local jeweler. My other bracelet cracked in half and when I sent them a photo, they let me know that it would cost $198 to repair it. The bracelet itself was about $400 so not worth it. Keep in mind, both of these were solid gold. However, when I brought them to the jeweler, they were far less than 14 K, closer to about 12 K. DO NOT BUY. additionally, I have written to customer service about four times for help with this last broken bracelet, and they have not responded in several weeks

These people keep stringing me along. Now they’ve emailed me saying that once the order is ready, they’ll send me a tracking number. I’ve called and left messages specifically asking them to cancel the order, but they never answered. I also requested the cancellation through their website, where they offer that option, yet they haven’t had the decency to respond to my emails or my phone call. Disappointing.

This company, Babygold, sells cheap junk at premium prices. Do not patronize them if you are looking for a quality piece of jewelry.
My wife wore her paperclip bracelet 2 days and it fell off due to a cracked and separated link. We sent the bracelet back for repair. After 2 weeks we received the bracelet back. My wife wore it 1 day and it fell off again but this time we didn't find it. She got to wear her $550.00 bracelet 3 days. JUNK!!!!!! Hard to believe they will get away with yet another scam based upon their numerous 1 star review. Wish i had a zero star to choose from

I ordered a chain with my name. When I opened it, the chain looked so small compared to what was pictured on their website and I could barely see the diamond on it. Im not happy but what I’ve read so far, there’s no point in doing anything about it. Doesn’t seem like baby gold responds to their customers at all.

Beware, horrible customer service. No one answers the phones which shows a lack of care about their customers. You will email them and you’re only contacting a bot that says we will get back to you about your concerns. This company is clearly cheap and won’t hire a person to handle any customer complaints. I’ve been waiting for a gift for over a month with no updates on processing and shipping when it says it takes 2-3 weeks max for production. As far as the jewelry itself, I have received one order that came and the gold looks very dull and does not match my other real gold jewelry. I would save your money and go to a better jeweler if you want to spend 300-400 on a necklace.

They are called BabyGold. They sent me a ring that was supposed to be 14K yellow gold. When I opened the package the ring looked silver. When you go to return the item they will not give you a refund, only store credit. So I'm supposed to go back to your website and buy more of the cheap crap that you clearly do a bait and switch with? This place is horrile.

Baby Gold Scam, do not buy anything from them. I purchased a pair of earrings and when I got them, they are so so tiny, would not even fit my ears. No where in their advertising does it say that upon return, you will be charged a return fee but you only have 2 options, store credit and exchange. I would never buy anything from them again.

I purchased the 14k rope charm holder . First of all it took forever to get to me and what I received was a TINY circle and it is to open to hold charms … well seriously it is like a jump ring that you does not latch at all you just pull it apart. I don’t think anything will safely stay on it. I really had hopes the bad reviews were wrong but guess what they weren’t DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I reached out for a refund but was only offered store credit, which I still have not received after multiple requests. The bracelet was poorly made, and the customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. Ordered a necklace for my wife in the beginning of December 2024. I tried contacting the company many times including leaving my information on a voicemail but never a return call,only computer generated emails,never a human representative to talk to. They will not allow you to cancel your order once they have your money they’re keeping it, telling you your order is “in process” cannot be canceled. I filed a complaint with PayPal and as soon as they got involved I got emails saying they’re shipping my order. Amazing! The necklace only took about 5 days to get here( so much for 2 day shipping)! The necklace I received was as described however I promise you can get a much better price and service elsewhere. I would never recommend this company for any jewelry purchase.

This company is terrible. I was misled by their customer service team and led to believe I could order a replacement product while they waited for the return the process. When I followed up, they said they could not make this "exception" despite my showing them their original customer service response. Now I have $600 store credit with a brand I don't trust to tell the truth or follow-up on their word.
