I'm not big fan of real coffee but I thought I will try it....it's DELICIOUS and organic!!! Good price, very fast delivery and smooth communication. Highly recommended.

I usually buy my coffee from USA, but with ? over tariffs, I decided to try the UK market. I have had cancer in the past and have been left with a delicate digestive system. I have a ration of one coffee a day. Balance coffee has not caused me any problems whatsoever. Plus it has a selection of variants to try. I had a few problems with my second order, but the matter was patiently rectified by Christian and his team. Many thanks to Balance coffee for both excellent flavoured coffee and service.

Well I've just ordered my first lot of mushroom coffee - I LOVE my coffee but it can really push my jitters!
The customer service from Balance has been fab. Really quick to respond and not pushy at all. I have been umming and ahhring for a while and they are patient and give me info which is useful, plus they offer great deals to get you going. I chose Balance coffee because they have everything I want, integrity! Which isn't true with many companies so I would recommend to everyone, especially if this is your first time using mushroom coffee.

Tried to order twice from this company. First time they took two weeks to send a sample. The second time the wrong order and wouldn't change it.
Do they leave their own reviews? I'd say so. Even coffee pros say how bad their customer service is, which consists of an email and a defunct answering machine. The words of the reviews are very similar, plus only 219 in five years of trading..... mmmmm
They pass themselves off as hip and fair trade but my experience left me openmouthed with shock at being scammed.
No doubt they'll answer my review with the normal PR nonsense, but no customer should be treated so unfairly. Be warned.

Great coffee taste and quality exceptional

Part of my order was missing. I contacted customer services and they replied quickly to resolve the issue. Sending out the missing coffee bag asap. Very happy with service and the product is excellent too.

I’ve been using Balance coffee for a year now and really love it. Every two weeks, their delicious coffee beans arrive at my door - just lovely. Also, very kind customer service!

I use a bean to cup machine and buy the whole beans. My previous coffee would grow mould in the container before I emptied it. Balance coffee not only tastes good, but does not grow mould, which must be better for health.

Love everything about this company! The quality of the product itself is superb and I haven't found better whole beans for our Eletta machine. But on top of this, customer service and delivery is absolutely spot on - quick, personal responses and a genuinely good reward programme for repeat purchasers. We started with the discovery bundle and quickly found our favourites - would recommend this to anyone considering a subscription. I took a 6 month break from caffeine while pregnant and with my baby due next week, I am counting down the days to my first cup of Balance Coffee!

I seldom leave reviews but there are some experiences that compels. Balance Coffee is one of them. It is the only coffee roaster that supplies coffee which does not give me jitters or side effects after caffeine intake - pure quality! After trying several roasters across the country, I think Balance is probably best in the country imho. The best in taste, quality and customer service.

I have been ordering with Balance for several months now and not only is their coffee outstanding in terms of quality and taste but their customer service is also fantastic! I would highly recommend giving them a go! We love the Darkfire brand as its delicious!
