Wedding Anniversary
Ordered wedding anniversary balloons for my husband on 15th June to arrive on my wedding anniversary 3 weeks later and then receive a notification on the day to say they will arrive the next day. Very disappointed do not recommend.

As we explained in our response to your email unfortunately due to the current pandemic there has been a lot of deliveries that have been delayed, sadly this is something that we cannot control which is why we stated on our website that even guaranteed deliveries may be delayed despite the couriers best efforts.
