replacement item also hasn’t turned up. Shocking.
I left a review further down stating my order still hadn’t been received after 9 days and no one replied to me. They have since said they’ve arranged a replacement. This was done on Saturday and once again Royal Mail haven’t updated it since. It appears the package is lost again. They informed me this would be sent with 24 hour tracking which was a lie as it states on Royal Mail that it’s been sent again with 48 hour tracking.
2 lost parcels is unacceptable. I’ve emailed you 3 times since with this info but haven’t had any reply. You seriously need to sort your customer service out as well as your courier as this has happened twice now. I should’ve been compensated the first time never mind the second time. It’s totally ruined my plans as it was a present as well. Far from satisfied.

Customer service is Nonexistent
The product itself is nice. However, the customer service is AWFUL. I tried reaching out a couple different ways for help on an order ( chat and email) and have never received any type of response.

Simple, stylish memoir of a gig
Bought an A3 poster of the Metallica setlist from a recent concert as a birthday present for my son who was there. He loved it. Dispatched and delivered promptly, was in great condition when it arrived and looked good.

I don't like leaving negative reviews and its a shame as the products are nice and good quality but my issue is the customer service.
I ordered 3 for 2 set list posters for my Son's bedroom of concerts we'd been to. I ordered an Olly Murs poster with the correct date 2nd of May 2025 and they sent me Thursday 22nd of May which is the concert he cancelled half way through and not the one we were at and only has half the set list on it.
Ive contacted customer service on their live chat and nothing. Also requested a return and nothing. Its really disappointing as i only want an exchange and the correct poster sent to me.
