Bambinos & Beyond have been amazing

Bambinos & Beyond have been amazing, buying a pram of us, it was an unwanted gift, and they were so happy to take it of our hands, so simple and straightforward and paid straight away, no messing about, would highly recommend, thanks again very much

Really Poor Service.

Awful service from Bambino.

I bought a car seat a month ago. Two weeks later, nothing had arrived—just an email saying they were aware of a delay. I was going on holiday for a week, so I asked them to deliver after I returned. When I got back, still nothing.

I contacted customer service. They were polite and said they’d send my order from another store, with delivery guaranteed by Friday of the following week.

That’s a week ago now. No delivery. No email with an expected date or time. I’ve wasted the whole day waiting for it. I sent two more emails yesterday and today—no response.

I called customer service today, and they had no idea when my package might arrive.

Really, really poor service. There’s nothing left to do but get a refund. Now I have to order from somewhere else—somewhere that actually has stock, rather than letting people buy things Bambino don’t even have.

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologise for the experience you've had with your order. Having read your review, I completely understand your frustration and can see why you feel let down.

Unfortunately, this particular car seat was affected by an unexpected stock issue. As soon as we became aware of the delay, we worked with our suppliers and alternative stock locations to try and source the item as quickly as possible. However, it is clear that we have fallen short not only on the delivery timescale but also on keeping you adequately informed throughout the process.

I am particularly sorry that you were advised of a delivery timeframe that we were then unable to meet, and that you were left waiting for an order without receiving the updates you deserved.

While stock issues can occasionally occur, the level of communication you received is not the standard we aim to provide. I completely understand your decision to request a refund and apologise that we were unable to fulfil your order as expected.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We take comments like yours seriously and use them to improve both our stock management and customer communication processes going forward.

Excellent company!

The girls on the tiktok live were unbelievably helpful and sweet! I haven’t bought from the company yet as they are still helping me find the right travel system for me! Cannot explain enough how helpful kyra, shannon and katie were! Cannot recommend enough!

The product I ordered took nearly 3…

The product I ordered took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and I tried calling and the number didn’t work. I tried emails and they took 2 days to answer. I was told it was out of stock, don’t advertise it on the website then. When it arrived the box was ripped thankfully it wasn’t a gift otherwise I would have had to send it back. Never had these problems before and have brought quite a bit from you

Avoid! Negligent handling—damaged my £600 pram and played pricing games.

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD…
Be careful before trusting this company with your expensive pram. I sent them my Oyster 4 (bought new for £600) for a buyout. They initially quoted £250, but dropped it to £150 after inspection. When I declined and asked for it back, it arrived damaged.I also had to pay for the return which cost me another £20.!
The company admitted in writing that the folding clip was damaged because their team packed it without care.
Despite admitting fault, their service has been appalling:
They offered to "fix" the clip themselves, which would have voided my manufacturer warranty.
They caused structural damage to my property through pure carelessness and have been dismissive ever since. Appalling customer service. Now they have totally ignored my emails.
Also the staff are so rude. They are only interested in interacting with you if it is obvious you’re going to buy something.

Hi,

I’m sorry that you feel this way about your experience. However, I do feel it is important to provide some additional context.

Your Oyster 4 stroller was initially quoted based on the condition described prior to inspection. Upon arrival, our pre-loved team found a number of issues that had not been disclosed, including significant cosmetic wear, staining, missing logo lettering and a damaged front wheel. As a result, the valuation was revised to reflect the condition and repair work required.

You were under no obligation to accept the revised offer, and when you declined, we arranged for the stroller to be returned to you at no cost, despite our usual charges for failed buyout collections.

Unfortunately, during return transit, a loose wheel inside the packaging caused damage to the recline lever. As soon as this was brought to my attention, I apologised and offered a goodwill solution by honouring our original £250 valuation despite the condition issues identified during inspection. This offer was made so that you would not be financially disadvantaged by the damage caused whilst the stroller was in our care.

We always strive to resolve issues fairly and professionally, and I am sorry that we were unable to reach a resolution that satisfied you on this occasion.

​Absolutely terrible service

​Absolutely terrible service. We were promised a 14-day delivery window, but it took an entire month to arrive. Because my wife’s due date was moved forward, the extreme delay meant the items didn't arrive when we needed them most. To make matters worse, customer service was nonexistent—they never answered the phone. In the end, we had to drive to their warehouse and pick the items up ourselves. Avoid this company.

wouldn’t recommend

I previously purchased a pram from Bambinos and Beyond and had a positive experience, which is why I chose to order from you again. Unfortunately, this time I have been extremely disappointed with the level of communication regarding my order.

My travel system was only partially delivered, and I then spent a full day waiting at home with no clear timeframe or communication about when the remaining parts of my order would arrive. As someone who works full time, it is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient to have to stay in waiting for a delivery when you do not even know if it is definitely arriving that day.

Considering the amount customers spend on travel systems, I expected a much higher standard of customer service. If there was an issue or delay with my order, I would have appreciated a phone call or some clear communication explaining what was happening, rather than simply receiving an email stating it would be delivered “today” with no timeframe provided.

Overall, I am very disappointed with this experience and the lack of communication throughout the delivery process.

Firstly, I’d like to apologise for the frustration and inconvenience caused by your delivery experience. I completely understand how difficult it is to arrange time away from work or stay at home waiting for a delivery, particularly when there is uncertainty around when it will arrive.

Having reviewed your order, I can see that your travel system was a pre-order item. We were actually pleased to be able to dispatch your order earlier than the estimated arrival date provided at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, the issue arose after dispatch when the courier delivered only part of the consignment, resulting in the remainder of your order arriving separately.

Whilst this was outside of our direct control, I appreciate that from your perspective you ordered from us, and therefore the overall experience is what matters. I also acknowledge your comments regarding communication and understand that more proactive updates would have helped reduce the uncertainty and inconvenience caused.

We genuinely value your custom, especially as a returning customer, and I am sorry that this experience did not reflect the standard of service you received previously.

Absolutely outstanding customer service…

Absolutely outstanding customer service from Kyra. I ordered an item for an upcoming holiday without realising there was a 14-day delivery time, and she went above and beyond to help source it elsewhere and arrange faster shipping for me. It’s rare to find such personal, thoughtful service these days. Thank you so much!

Ordered the red kite play mat bundle it came and its brilliant my baby loves it and it was good value for money I message the staff as I have got carpet in my home and in the bundle you get a baby walker the staff was friendly and was willing to help and got back to me as soon as possible.

I was abit cautious about buying a second hand pushchair as I’ve never done it before but I was very pleased with the experience. Pushchair was delivered next day after ordering and it is showroom quality! 100% recommend

Lovely members of staff

Lovely members of staff, I originally brought the pram from them and had it just over 2 years and only sold it as no longer needed. They accept your old prams which is great, been the best way to get a little bit of money and know that it should hopefully come to some use to another family, they give you a fair price.

I found this site on the Internet, but everything seemed ok, so I brought a twin pushchair for my grandaughter for her new baby due next week, she has a 17month old as well, it's a pre-loved pushchair, and what can I say, it's beautiful, in good condition well wrapped, everything is with it, for the price, it's amazing, very fast delivery even the 17 month old baby loved sitting in it, we are well pleased and happy

Horrible company and customer service.

Horrible company and customer service.
I have placed my order on April 3rd, it is now April 30th and still not one of my 7 orders arrived. I’ve reached out through email and has been promised twice that my items will be posted soon and still nothing.
I have reported you as fraud and claimed my money back.
I’ve got two very disappointed children who has been waiting patiently all these time for a company who has no care at all about children as long as they get the money.

Having reviewed your order, I can see this was one order containing multiple items rather than seven separate orders, however I appreciate that the distinction makes little difference when you have been waiting for the products to arrive.

I am also sorry that the timescales communicated to you were not met. We always aim to provide accurate updates and I understand how frustrating it must have been to receive assurances that your items would be dispatched soon and then continue waiting.

I would, however, like to reassure you that we are a genuine family-run business and would never intentionally mislead customers. We take great pride in helping families every day and I am sorry that your experience did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide.
