Dear Banana Moon, that is precisely the problem. I have followed the instructions for use. You are constantly hiding behind it. It makes me discouraged. I work in the textile industry myself and know what a fabric does and does not do with sunlight. This is poor quality and definitely not worth the money. Who wants a bikini that discolors after wearing it a few times?

Qualité médiocre

En général je n'écris jamais de mauvais commentaires après un achat mais la, je suis outrée ! J'ai acheté un maillot de bain haut et bas pour 77 euros quand même (pour si peu de tissus c'est quand même un prix abusé) mais on le sais toutes ont paye la marque. Mais même pas 15 jours après l'avoir reçu et utilisé que 2 fois, j'ai des trous au niveau des fesses et le haut blanc et creme, alors qu'il n'ai jamais passé à la machine... alors quand on pratique des prix aussi exorbitants il y a un minimum de qualité à avoir derrière. Une chose est sûr je ne me ferai plus avoir avec les grandes marques qui ne valent pas mieux que ce que l'on achète à Action !!!!

Return rip off!

We all know how many swimming suits we have to try before we find the right one. This isn’t happening with Banana Moon as I just paid 16 euro to send two back!! This is unbelievable, other companies have at least some arrangements where customers pay 2 euro for sending stuff back, or it’s entirely free. Thank you

Très déçue du SAV.

Très déçue du SAV.
J'ai passé commande le 30/04 de 3 maillots de bain pour mon mariage.
A ce jour le colis n'est toujours pas arrivé.
J'ai contacté le SAV à plusieurs reprise qui me répond toujours la même chose : Attendre...
Personne ne sait me dire ou est mon colis.
Par contre, j'ai bien été débité de 277.20€ pour des maillots de bain que je n'ai pas.
Ils refusent de me rembourser et bien sur je n'ai pas de maillot de bain pour mon mariage.

Cheryl B. In customer service made my customer experience amazing and she is a great reason for me to continue to buy and recommend Banana Moon!

My Banana Moon order arrived in a bag that had been slit open and resealed with packing tape. The only things in the bag were the catalog and the packing slip - no swimsuit!

I contacted customer service via email in the evening EST. I received a prompt and helpful response from Cheryl. She continued to keep me updated, was friendly, and proactive!!

She noticed that I had mistakenly ordered two of the same suit in the same size and she inquired about that so that she could take care of it on the front end!

A++++++ customer service! Banana Moon has an acquired a customer for life with the kind of customer care Cheryl provided.

I love Banana Moon!!

I love Banana Moon. They are so beautiful and so perfect the entire summer. I feel good in them and they have an amazing quality. Banana Moon is of course a bit pricy, but totally worth it! Almost all of my swimwear is Banana Moon. I use them probably every day in the summer, both in sea and pools. And they are just in perfect condition, after years.

Malgrès deux incidents consécutifs lors…

Malgrès deux incidents consécutifs lors de la livraison où les colis ont été détérioré et les articles dérobés lors du transport , l’equipe du service clients ont été très réactifs et plus particulièrement Johanna qui a suivi les deux incidents à la perfection et qui a su réagir immédiatement avec beaucoup de professionnalisme ainsi qu’un suivi très sérieux. De plus ils ont changé de transporteur donc je recommanderais beaucoup plus sereinement à présent . Service client au top et encore une fois merci à Johanna . Vous pouvez commander sereinement site très sérieux .

Return Policy is Terrible

I came across Banana Moon when buying swimsuits from Victoria's Secret. Victoria's Secret did not have my size for two tops, so I went to Banana Moon's site directly. When I received my order, I didn't like the fit (loved the Banana Moon bottoms that I purchased from Victoria’s Secret).

I followed the return instructions and when I went to mail the items back at a UPS store, I was told I had two options 1) to mail via United State Postal Service which would take about 3 months and I would be well outside of the return policy time frame of 15 days or 2) pay $195 for DHL which is more than the items cost.

I shared this information with the Banana Moon customer service team via email and was told they would accept my return outside of the 15 day window, so I could move forward with the first, less expensive, option. However, weeks later the package was returned to me so I have over $100 of merchandise that does not fit and lost about $30 trying to mail it back. I assume the items were not accepted because they were outside of the 15 day return period, but no information was included to confirm this.

It seems as though the company does not live up to its return policy. I recommend only buying from a brick-and-mortar store or through an online retailer like Victoria’s Secret with a real return policy. The swimsuits are cute and I do like the Banana Moon bottoms I purchased from Victoria’s Secret, but after this experience, I will not be a returning customer.

Très beau maillot, mais chacun livrés dans 3 sac plastiques différents... Un beau gâchis écologique mais sinon tout le reste est niquel.

Complaints are well solved

I bought a beautiful bikini from Banana Moon last Sunday in a boutique in Spain.Two days later I wore it for the first time on the beach. During the day the top of the bikini started to lose the color in places. And it got worse by the hour. Back from the beach I called the store. They told me to come by. So I took a 20 minute drive and went back to the store. The bikini was given a look and I was directly insinuated I had used bleach. Which is simply not true. It came to a very unpleasant discussion and I was portrayed as a liar who manipulates. Which makes no sense at all. I bought the bikini because I like it and I would have exchanged it for a flawless product. But I was offered nothing of the sort. Neither an exchange, nor the money. I was told she can only take a photo and send it to the company for quality assurance. (No respond so far) I am extremely disappointed about the quality and that I am therefore accused of lying. That I spent a lot of money for a beautiful bikini that is no longer beautiful and that after such a short time.

I contacted the manufacturer and on the second attempt I was helped directly. The Bikini were exchanged. I can recommend to buy the bikinis directly in the online store. There you will be helped if something does not fit.

J’ai effectué une commande sur leur site, paye une livraison express 24h et ma commande n’est absolument pas arrivée dans les délais. Je me retrouve à devoir renvoyer cette commande dans les 7 jours apres avoir fait une demande de retour alors que je suis en vacances, et en plus tout cela à mes frais . Une honte
