This is the first time I have been to your site. I have been looking for winter boots for 3 days. All the regular sites have the samething, style, color, and look. These boots match my personality and I fell in love with them. I can't wait to get them.

They took too long to get here. The boots were not the same as in the photo and are too small. I have tried 5 times to email them and have not gotten a response

This was a great experience

Ordered a pair of shoes that feel like the sole is made of styrofoam. There are wedge slides. Although my foot is not narrow; actually a tad on the wider side, my foot slips right through them. I sent three emails and got no reply on how to return.

OMG, those boots! Edit: Just ordered (09/29/2026). Hopefully, they will arrive, and look like the photo. Some of these reviews are scary (uh-oh!). I will update. 👍

Update (10/15/2026):
Just recently received my order, and the boots do look like the picture, but there is one random brand name on the heel, and another on the tongue. 😂

They’re still adorable though, and feel like they’re made with decent quality materials, so I’m not mad. I will just have to alter them prior to wearing, because that just looks weird. 🤭

After a long wait, DID receive slippers. As requested, HAD measured foot and chose appropriate size. Slippers were way too small. Sent 3 emails to request instructions for return/exchange/refund. Absolutely no response!!!
I’m very disappointed and feel scammed by this company.
