So far so bad! I'm trying to return the shoes I bought because the quality is abysmal. The insole is just styrofoam - no exaggeration. Looks like it's made from the same stuff that packing peanuts are made from. The outer shoe is really low-quality pleather. It buckles and folds the way you expect cheap crap would. I emailed their customer service desk the day the shoes arrived, 10 days ago, to initiate a return. Still no response. Don't give them your money.

I found exactly what I was looking for. Love the color and can't wait to receive them. Free shipping is a great plus too.

Easy process

Ordered back in May (from Australia) and received a tracking number and details that they had received my order and it was on its way. Then a few days later they email me to say that the shoes are NOT in stock and would I prefer something else? This was weird since I received tracking details however I trusted them and selected another pair of shoes. On advising them by email of the alternative selection, I then never heard back from them. I have emailed many times without a response from anyone. BS customer service. TOTAL SCAM

Scam website. I order a pair of Ariat boots and for $98. The shipment came from china and took over 3 weeks to fulfill. Once it finally arrived, it was a cheap plastic boot that isn’t even worth $3. No Box wrapped in bubble wrap in a plastic bag. Completely scammed. When I reached out for a refund, which the website states they offer, no one responded to my emails. I had to cancel my credit card because of the fraudulent site had my information. Do not buy.

They had the style I was looking for at the best price. The free shipping was a big bonus. I have not received the shipment yet, but if everything goes as promised, this is a great website.

Easy to navigate. The product offers many nice color options.

The shoes that I bought were not the same as advertised. The ones advertised look like they were probably taken from somebody else's website made with realesther and then the ones that I got were super cheap building materials for the cost, quality is clearly not the same. There was not even a shie insert in the boots. I don't think that the company is honest about the true quality and manufacturing of the shoes that they advertising. I would love to share comparison photos.

Easy to order and price is good

Customer service in non-existent. Shoes did not fit my foot. I emailed and called multiple times for return instructions. No responses and the calls would not go through or would disconnect. Order #BRF28605.

I ordered a pair of boots and when they arrived they were not what i expected. I was going to send them back and when I took the boots to be shipped it would have cost me $400 to send back a pair of $69 boots!! I emailed BareRoots and they were going to make it right and reimburse me 30% - well that NEVER happened. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT'S A SCAM!!

I ordered shoes in my regular size 9 and while I like the look, they are much too small, fit like an 8. I have emailed the company multiple times to request an exchange and have not even gotten a response. The product took a long time to arrive - clearly shipped from China which wasn't clear on the site. There is no sizing information anywhere on the shoe in the normal locations. I would strongly advise against placing an order with this company!
