Bought Secreto Iberico and chorizo sausages and they are wonderful! Lovely marbling of the secreto means real depth of flavour and the sausages when cooked on the bbq are crispy on the outside and luscious on the inside. 10/10. Delivery was great and the ice packs keep the meat cold, often even frozen even during a heatwave!

Basco is a great provider of the finest Spanish ingredients, from meat to seafood, pulses and wines. Their customer service is also excellent - you talk to a person, not to a machine -. The only drop in stars is due to their delivery partner - DPD -, I was given an a delivery date and the hour slot by 10:15 on the same day, advising the parcel will arrive between 10:15 and 11:15, they delivered within 10:16. Thanks to a kind neighbour, otherwise it would have perished with this heat! It is not the first time I have issued with DPD delivering Basco.

Basco has a fantastic range of top quality Spanish produce and service has also been reliably top notch every one of the many times I have ordered from them. Highly recommended!

These people are selling UK products and trying to pass them off as genuine imports for double the cost.

Delivery was prompt and well packaged. We chose the galacian rib steak and it didn't disappoint. Plenty of marbling and lovely flavour!

Having previously bought a Tabladillo suckling pig joint from Costco which was fabulous I found Basco who seemed to sell the range. I bought the 2.2kg boneless loin/belly. Delivery was quick and excellently packaged arriving in great condition but this product was disappointing. I followed their recipe instructions I found online ( but couldn’t get a satisfactory response to my online query as to whether temp quoted was for fan or conventional oven). Product was very fatty and crackling did not crisp. If I could find it I would buy the 1 kg pre cooked joint but wouldn’t order this again

The fillet was probably the best I have tasted. It was delicious. I dropped one star due to the amount of waste I had on mine. The chain was very thick and it was solid cartilage and gristle so was inedible. The waste weighed approximately 0.6kg so the fillet was 2kg in total which worked out quite expensive for mine. I read a lot of reviews where they used the trimmings for mince, My mincer would never have got through it to be honest. I was very happy with the meat I did have though. Will I buy again? Probably if it is in the sale again, then I would buy 2. But not at full price.

Two of the products I ordered arrived and were both excellent quality. However, I was short-changed on the third item which wasn't in stock, by receiving a gift card of lower value than what I had paid. I had to call back to receive the difference in a second gift card.

Great produce and the finest suckling pig that money buy at a very competitive price. Products always arrive brilliantly packed and frozen products are fully frozen on delivery. I have been buying from Basco for many years and have never been disappointed by the quality of both the products and their customer service.

The range is superb, with so many genuine Spanish products that are difficult, if not impossible, to find elsewhere. The quality is outstanding and the flavours are absolutely exceptional. Every meal feels like a little taste of Spain, and we've discovered so many wonderful foods that have become firm favourites.

The service is every bit as good as the products. Orders are always carefully packed, arrive quickly, and the customer care is excellent. It's obvious that the team is passionate about what they do and genuinely values its customers.

It was really good. The items where high quality and the service top notch

Made a few orders which arrived quickly with good quality food, and wine, all nicely packaged and without a hitch.

Then an order was sent out (with appropriate notifications) but didn't arrive with no update given, raised the issue on their site... no reply.

Called the next day and was told there had been a problem as the wine had broken in the delivery company's depo. Things happen but this wouldn't stop them updating me (and preferably rectifying the issue) in the 10 days since this had happened.
They promised it would be with me express delivery the next morning.

That didn't arrive but I gave it a couple of days in case they hadn't managed to get it out that day. Then tried customer service, couldn't get through but the automated system asked me to leave a message, number etc which I did...no reply.

Next day I called several times until I got passed the automated service to speak to a person and was told my order had been forgotten about but they would have it out to me the next morning.

Had no faith in this so cancelled the order for a full refund.

Excellent communications throughout with regards the delivery. Reliable emails with delivery times etc.
Packaging first class.

There’s a wonderful choice of authentic foods available that you’re spoilt for choice.

Over a couple of orders, I’ve taken Galician Bone in Rib steak, Secreto Iberico and Croquettas and each of these delivered on the taste and flavour I’d been hoping.

The Secreto Iberico in particular is amazing!

All this superb product of the highest quality is backed by great logistics with slick delivery process and excellent packaging that delivers the product in the best condition!

Products are great but delivery through DPD let them down, a day and a half late with zero updates and no one to discuss this with, an important birthday gift missed!!

Everything included was of excellent quality, but the Secreto Ibérico was the standout—it was incredibly flavorful, juicy, and well-marbled.
The Basco Cooking Chorizo and Morcilla de Burgos were also very good, offering authentic flavors and great texture on the grill.
Overall, a great purchase that I would recommend and order again.

Basco never fail to deliver excellent Iberico Pork, Also the suckling pig is outstanding, the flavour of all their pork is out of this world.
