Placed an order on 30/11/2025. Received order on 04/12/2025 and two products (butifarra blanca) had a best before date of 19/07/2025. Emailed them straight away. No reply received. Emailed again on 06/12/2025. No reply so far. I'm reporting them to trading standards.

Bought some excellent hampers; tinned fish and seafood, as well as specialist items like Basque cider from Basco - always been highly delighted with content; quality and delivery - great Spanish food and drinks company to deal with !

Incredibly disappointed with my first - and likely last - order. The two packs of frozen croquetas that I had bought for future use came completely thwarted. I have tried three times to reach out to the team at Basco with zero response.

i have been using Basco now for a year or so and have yet to be disappointed in it quality and range of authentic products especially its cheese cake only wish i could get a quicker delivery service but that my area problem rather than Basco

Fantastic suckling pig. Really delicious and surprisingly simple to cook. The delivery was super simple and it aimed in excellent condition. I will be buying again.

I ordered the Gallega Rump Joint after hearing such wonderful things about the quality of the beef. We’re saving it for Christmas Day, so I haven’t tried it yet, but I wanted to leave a review for the customer service in the meantime. I accidentally placed a duplicate order and needed help resolving it. Basco were incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process, and the communication from their team was excellent. I’m really looking forward to trying the beef and will leave another review after Christmas. Thank you!

Absolutely delighted with finding Basco of a source of genuine, quality, Spanish items. Great range of products - the Good Friday discount encouraged me to purchase a wider range of items. The Spanish Omelette is incredible value for money and was a great treat. The items arrived via DPD very quickly and superbly packaged. My initial order was for a Galician fillet which was terrible had to make braised steak n mushroom pie out of it not what you would expect to do after paying £85 ( offer) I recieved eventually £30 credit which I used to buy 2 packs of iberico ham one pack was inedible the other fine informed the company but no response I have given them plenty of time to respond but to no avail

Great range of products premium meats especially Super efficient delivery used Basco many times never experienced any problems highly recommended
