Klaire was fantastic from start to finish, I came with a few ideas and she helped bring everything together quickly and easily and offered a great price and friendly service along the way. We had a few amendments which again was no problem and I felt went above an beyond to ensure everything has went smoothly so far. I cant wait to get my bathrooms and tiles delivered and fitted and see the finished product.

Klaire at the Lisburn branch couldn't have been more helpful. The range on display in-store was fantastic - huge variety of styles and the staff were great at explaining all our options. Really happy with what we ordered!

Had a great experience with Bassett's and Zak from design and concept through to after sales service and follow up support. Got a great bathroom now too, would recommend.

I made an appointment at Bassetts Lisburn branch, met with Klaire. From the minute I walked in she was so helpful, I had 6 bathrooms to choose, she helped me as I had no idea what I was looking for. We chose everything on that day! Klaire arranged delivery, kept in touch with myself & my plumber regarding my order. I went back 5 weeks later to get some mirrors & accessories for the bathrooms, again Klaire helped & advised me. I couldn’t recommend Bassetts in Lisburn higher! If ever I need anything again I will definitely return there, customer service was amazing everyone I spoke to were very pleasant! I’ll admit to being a very fussy customer & I’ll definitely return to this branch if I ever need anything again. Delighted!

Visited the Boucher Road store recently and the service was absolutely outstanding! Zak was extremely helpful by answering my many questions and even better he was extremely friendly as well. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend visiting the store!

We dealt with Zak when refurbishing our bathroom. He was very helpful and dealt with any queries very quickly. His customer service was first class and he was a pleasure to deal with .

Zak was very proactive and quickly helped troubleshoot our problem. The part for our shower was available within 24 hours.

Morning to all we purchased a bathroom suite from Brenda Hall recently , Brenda was so professional in her approach and talked us through the design recommending different colours and designs that would be suitable for us great sales techniques and very knowledgeable on all the products ,after submitting our measurements we were sent a PDF drawing of the design and also a quotation within a few days delivery of our products was also carried out as and when required great service .
Thanks to Brenda and the team .Also Joe in the plumping department trade counter who sourced me a part for a gas boiler that had been obsolete for 10 years great service went that extra mile for the customer.

Mark in Coleraine branch was very helpful from our first visit. He showed great knowledge and was able to advise us on what items would suit our bathroom.

Needed to completely redo my bathroom. Didn't know where to begin. Conrad advised me through tiles,fittings etc. His expertise and advice was invaluable. Project now completed and I'm completely satisfied. Being able to select everything from floor to ceiling in one showroom was also a bonus. I also appreciated the appointment system by which Conrad was able to give his uninterrupted attention.
