Cookies were absolutely fantastic, arrived right on time! My husband loved them as a birthday treat. Will definitely consider trying some of the other products for the next special occasion.

Terrible cookie just tasted like pure sugar, the WORST cookie we have ever tasted. And for almost £4. Ridiculous and full of chemicals

Red velvet NY cookies 🤤 i ordered these…
Red velvet NY cookies 🤤 i ordered these after they weren't available at the metrocentre stall for weeks and weeks. They were individually packaged and placed in a box. They came on time, on my selected delivery day, and none were damaged. They were very fresh and didn't last two minutes. Delivered the Wednesday gone by Friday 🤣 will definitely be ordering again, maybe a bigger box next time.

Thank you so much for the lovely review 🤤❤️ We’re so glad you loved the Red Velvet NYC cookies and that they arrived fresh, on time, and in perfect condition - they clearly didn’t stand a chance!
Unfortunately, the Red Velvet NYC cookies were out of stock for a while because we’re no longer able to produce that flavour. We know how popular they were, so we really appreciate your understanding.
The good news is we have lots of other incredible NYC cookie flavours available, all just as chunky, gooey, and indulgent, so there’s plenty to choose from for your next order (and a bigger box sounds like a great idea 😉).
Thank you again for ordering and for taking the time to leave such a detailed review - we can’t wait to bake for you again soon! 💕🍪
Tasteless

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience 😔 We usually get nothing but raving reviews about our flavours, so it’s disappointing to hear this wasn’t the case for you. If you could let us know exactly what you purchased and email us at hello@batchd.co.uk
, we’d love to investigate and resolve this issue. Your feedback is really important to us and will help us make sure every treat is as delicious as it should be.

What customer service
Had issues with a delivery but instead of helping they just threw the onus back on me so unhelpful. Happily will take the money but not help

We’re really sorry to hear you’ve had a disappointing experience - we always want to help and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. To do that, we just need a bit more information from you, as delivery problems are often down to DPD rather than ourselves, and we want to make sure we get to the bottom of it for you.
Please could you let us know the details so we can sort this out and make things right?
Missing delivery
My delivery never arrived and when I have tried to contact this company, I have had no response. So not only did my delivery not arrive but I haven’t been refunded. I will never use this website again, it’s very disappointing

Delicious bakes and great service
I’ve ordered twice now as gifts for friends and each time had fantastic feedback on the bakes! The customer service is top notch. Both times I’ve ordered, I’ve made a small mistake and so sent an email asking for help. Got a prompt response and my error was corrected before sending. Would recommend and I’ll definitely order again.

Wonderful customer service.
After an initial mixup with the order. The wrong address had been populated in the delivery address. Probably my fault. I emailed and Abigail got back to me and managed to change the address and redirect to the correct one without losing any time at all. AND, my granddaughters tell me the doughnuts were delicious. 😋 thank you team and especially Abigail.

Fantastic brand and amazing products!
There were soo many companies to choose from when considering a birthday treat for my partner. We chose Batch’d as we loved their branding and most importantly your products were amazing and tasted great! My partners only positive criticism was the lack of labels detailing allergens and best before dates. We will definitely be ordering again in the future! Thank you Batch’d team on making my partners birthday a special one xx

We really appreciate the feedback about allergen labels and best before dates. We include a leaflet in every delivery with best before information, as well as a QR code that links to our full allergen and ingredient details - we’re so sorry if this was missing from your order!

Amazing cookies
Pre ordered a box of 4 cookies for my daughters birthday, they arrived on time, and they were amazing, she loved them. They looked and tasted so good. Even the packing is great, they also did a personalised card saying happy birthday and all cookies were individually wrapped to keep
them fresh. Will definitely order again and would highly recommend Batch'd.
