Bathroom Bubbles Limited Avaliações

went in for a general quote for my bathroom and was appalled by the indecent language used by staff members .
the girl doing the quote was making inappropriate comments between her and a male colleague I wont go into detail but it made me feel very uncomfortable as it was extremely explicit .
I wont use this company in future as found this very unprofessional.

Lucy from the Erdington store was very knowledgeable and helpful, excellent customer service from Deb after we misordered (our fault)… would highly recommend for service, price and quality, sorry I’m only allowed to give 5 stars
Mandy & Sim

Lucy was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and had a lot of patience. We ordered our full bathroom suite through her. I definitely recommend this shop and service.

Excellent service by Deb and the GM was really helpful towards everything, everyone was very friendly and no pressure sale at all and Deb smashed it with delivery it was just ice on the cake, 5* for your whole team, keep up the good work will recommend to everyone

Myself and my partner went here today to look for some Inspiration and ideas to upgrade our bathroom, we came away with bucket loads of ideas from Lucy. She was so helpful, made us feel important, was able to answer our questions. We went there not planning to buy anything but came away with everything we needed for our bathroom with a great discount. Lucy even helped us pick our tiles from the shop next door !
Lucy was amazing we would totally recommend Bathroom4less.

Recently placed an order and received very prompt delivery. Service was excellent throughout. A few minor issues were sorted out quickly and professionally. We are very happy with the items we received and the value for money. Thanks to Deb and Lucy.

I was intially going to go with victoria plumbing for my bathroom and wc, my wife came across Bathrooms for less, and i have to say it was the best choice we made the customer service was second to none they worked towards my budget and managed to get me everything i wanted just waiting for the delivery before i comment on the actual products, so far so good actually no exceptional is the word i would use , thank you Deb and Lucy you have made my experience with you guys a positive one if only everything was this easy. Bathrooms for less dont ever lose these staff they are a asset to you.
Anyone reading this my advice is dont even bother wasting your time looking elsewhere .

Lucy and deb have gone above and beyond with customer service , I would give them 10 out of 10 and will definatly be reccomending them to all my family and friends in future, thanks

Lucy and Debbie have provided excellent customer service, if I could give them more than 5 stars review I would, they have been helpful and very kind.

Amazing service from Bathroom4less. I can’t fault the level of customer service I received. Their products are beautiful and at fantastic prices. I’ve purchased 3 times from this company and every time has been faultless with quick delivery times and everything was packaged extremely well. 10 out of 10. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for bathroom suites.

Fantastic customer service, product and business reputation - would highly recommend.

Rude and arrogant staff instore. They wouldn't help my father after suppling him with damaged goods not fit for purpose.

I tried to contact head office, which was a joke after eventually getting on the website (had numerous error messages saying 'Not private -someone may be impersonating bathroom4less.com to obtain your personal details') the FAQs on returns refer to ear rings and jewellery and the contact telephone number when rang is a jewellers in a different part of the country??

So we have poor quality products, rude staff, and a dodgy website and a contact number advertised that's not theirs. Have given up hope of getting any sense or quality goods from these con artists. Buyers beware

If you want to be treated like a member of the family then Bathroom4less on Kingsbury Rd Erdington is for you. Nothing was too much trouble for Deborah the person who dealt with us at the store. She managed the pricing and got us the best discounts, the delivery (which was absolutely on schedule), and even a return and reorder of one of the products that was damaged (these things happen) which came in within 3 days. Deborah and her colleague even spent a considerable amount of time advising on the products that met our requirements (they're not just there for the sale), including numerous trips to Topps Tiles next door to get tiles to see if they would match, and to also arrange our discount on tiles too. Above and beyond is an understatement Deborah (if you're reading this). Bathroom4less, you have an absolute star on your payroll.

Can highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a bathroom and wants the customer service to go with it.

Found exactly what I needed quickly and easily. Served by Deborah, who was fantastic and really helpful! Showroom clean tidy and easy to navigate. Clear prices! Highly recommend.

The service received from Deb and Lucy was excellent. Deb in particular couldn't do enough to help us. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a nice bathroom at a reasonable price and staff who spend all the time you need to make sure you get exactly what you require. Excellent.

All I can say is I couldn’t find the products at better value than here. I have been buying bathrooms for my property development business for years. I dont know how they do it but the prices are amazing. From what the staff could tell me I understood that they design and manufacture a lot of their own products thus cutting down on the costs. They also deal with other suppliers and choice is amazing. Lucy, Deborah, Tom… a dream team if you ask me! Well done guys and Keep it up

I visited this store in Erdington and received excellent service from Lucy. Her product knowledge and expertise was outstanding.

I was able to order various products and delivery date was arranged. Also a young gentleman I didn’t get his name had given good design advice. I left the shop feeling confident that I had made the right decisions based on the exceptional advice given. Outstanding service from Lucy and branch.

I needed my bathroom supply quickly as a tradesman let me down big time. Lucy was recommended to me and I can see why. She was friendly efficient, and has a flare for knowing what you want. Highly recommended and a big Thankyou 👌

We went to the showroom today and we must say Lucy and Tom are really helpful. We had certain measurements and they found exactly what we wanted. If your after a new bathroom or vanity unit this is the place to g
