Excellent quality shower enclosures, Accomodated my mistake in ordering wrong size and accepted unopened return, so was happy to order replacement from them.
Communication was good and very pleased with the whole transaction.

No flexibility on returns - my item was just outside of the 180 day return window due to delays with fitters, still unopened yet they wouldn’t consider a return. Save yourself the headache & go with a company offering 365 day returns!

Good initial web service, BUT dimensions stated online not correct, flimsy, instructions diabolical but Aica team have tried to help by sending video instructions.

The shower screen arrived well packed and as advertised. My husband did have a bit of a nightmare getting the doors to hinge correctly but got there in the end. The instructions look self explicit but hecstruggked. The screen itself is really good!

The shower door looks really good once installed - sleek and modern, and it fits the space nicely. Overall, I'm happy with how it looks and performs.
One small issue: there's a bit of a gap at the magnetic seal at the bottom. The magnetic seal doesn't close all the way along its full length, so it doesn't seal completely. That said, there's no leak, so it's more of a cosmetic annoyance than a functional problem.
Delivery was on time and within the given timeframe. If the seal issue were sorted, this would easily be five stars - still a good buy overall.

Bought a Shower screen from them. Good quality, great price and a very reasonable delivery timeline. I'd recommend them to my friends and family should they need a related item.

The worst shower enclosure ever. It's very cheaply made and faulty. The shower enclosure doors sound like bells ringing every time you slide them open and shut. They sent another set of wheels which were just as bad as the first set. To replace the wheels from another retailer is more than the cost of the enclosure. Unhelpful customer service who do not admit they are supplying a faulty product. If you want to spend hours trying to rectify the problems, like the sound of ringing bells and are happy pushing the plastic seals back on every time you shower then this is the enclosure for you! Wish I had purchased from a reliable retailer and paid a lot more. AVOID it is truly a pile of rubbish. In addition look out for this company using multiple different names.

With reference to your reply. Contact was made many times including us sending video's of the problem. No adjustment made has rectified the sound of ringing bells. Faulty 100%.

You don't often get low prices, well made products and excellent customer service. That is my experience as a small-scale builder with the company. I don't bother to look elsewhere for shower trays and screens. Thank you Aica!

I haven’t installed it yet, as it has just arrived, took a little longer than expected to be delivered, but not a problem, I have opened the box to check it, it’s well packed, and appears to have all the parts, and looks nicely finished, looking forward to fitting it, replacing the old scruffy one, purchased during a sale, looks good for the price.

Good product delivered very quickly

Initial enquiry about a spare part, was handled very well and the resulting ordering process was straightforward. The item was delivered on time.

Although the item was in their sale offers, it was a shame that I had to purchase the complete shower screen support bar assembly, as they could not supply just the aluminium bar (which I needed), which is why I did not give them 5 stars. 🙁
