Extremely disappointed
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Bauer Canada. I purchased a custom stick, expecting the quality and durability that comes with a premium product and brand reputation. Unfortunately, the stick broke just 10 days after the warranty period expired.
What’s most frustrating is not just the breakage itself, but Bauer’s complete unwillingness to make a reasonable, good-faith exception. As a long-time customer who has spent thousands of dollars on their equipment over the years, I expected at least some level of flexibility or customer care in this situation.
Instead, I was met with a rigid “policy is policy” response, with no consideration of customer loyalty or the circumstances. A product failing so shortly after warranty should raise questions about durability, and standing behind your product, especially for loyal customers,should matter.
This experience has seriously impacted my trust in the brand. When you invest heavily in a company, you expect them to stand behind both their products and their customers. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here.
