These clowns have a good thing going.‘they will take whoever’s side they get paid from. What a shame to have to deal with a crocked organization. They aren’t better than the corrupt companies that they defend.

I had a problem getting a refund from a third party passport company that looked like a government contractor… it was not. They asked for a $200 + fee and then you filled out the form finding out there was another $ 230 fee. When I downloaded the form to review it I cancelled the process. I was told I did not get a refund because I downloaded the form. The BBB got me a refund in a few days!!!!

I had a very poor experience with a software development company. I worked with them for > 1yr and eventually had to restart with a different company. I wrote them a review on BBB. The review was an objective representation of my experience. The software development company’s owner responded to the review saying that it should be taken down because it was a personal attack on the business owner. The review was taken down.

I have been trying to contact someone at BBB since I found out my company is listed as noi longer in business recently . I have called 3 or 4 times and left a message since it goes to voicemail ? but no one has called me back . I used to be a member 10 years ago , I've been in business since 2001 and been ever since to this day . I guess since I did not renew they aren't interested in responding , I don't know but someone really needs to call me back . I would even consider joining again . But reading all the negative reviews makes me wonder .

I have tried to use them three times and they were useless. I was surprised until I learned that they use their name to sell ratings to clients via accreditation fees. The ratings have no relationship to actual complaints. Here's a great case in point. Go to their site, bbb.org, and look up Ox Car Care. They have an A+ rating. Then go to the complaints tab. As of this writing, in the last three years, there have been 958 complaints against them. That's about one a day. Of those, 37% have been closed, 63% got no satisfactory resolution. And "closed" doesn't mean they got their problem resolved; many just gave up. Now, with those numbers, how can they possible rate Ox Car Care A+??? If that doesn't totally expose the scam, I don't know what does. Companies pay for accreditation and, consistently, when they go from being non-paying members to paying for accreditation, the ratings go way up. The most spectacular example is Hamas. Yeah. THAT Hamas. Went from F to A+. And where does the money go? Chapter Presidents have received yearly salaries approaching 1/2 million dollars. They say it's all about trust. Look in the mirror. Why would ANYONE trust you? Yeah, P.T. Barnum said it.

Second review: follow up on Whirlpool washer issue. Today is January 23. Whirlpool tech company returned today for another attempt for repair on washing machine purchased new in September 2025. Replaced the 5th control panel. Tub filled with water, went into drain mode...Since Nov 9, 2025, washer has been sitting. NOT a functioning unit. NOW we have to wait another two weeks for yet another part (hose or bracket). How do we as consumers counter such a " kick the can " down the road attitude? How does a company continue to sell products that are defective and create a hardship on consumers? PLEASE read reviews on Whirlpool and understand you are at a financial risk and a never-ending circle of excuses and lack of accountability. BUYER be aware.

Well as customer whomever oversees employees all USA states remotely why national BBB who does A.I. customer file complaints with whomever if never to do whomever with ,& without handicaps ,& nationalities unfairly to cause disputes with no one else so Clearwater FL BBB employees,& their manager John ,& outside of FL Clearwater areas another employee Lessie B herself at VA state whom wouldn’t assist me fairly to felt me doing them all unfair wrong to claim that felt disrespected as customer prior to all BBB locations . If they said professionally sweeter tones to not needed to been spoken unfair to wanted to do me unfairly cruel seeking an apology better communications BBB strive kindness to whomever world citizens? Have a very strong case against Amazon with their driver hitting my mailbox with their large truck. Reached out to BBB to see if they could mediate before I take Amazon to court.

After supplying information my case was closed ? For what ? Zero excuses period, I absolutety can see why the BBB has terrible ratings

Hunter Home Improvements became a BBB member on February 12, 2024. Over more than a year of membership, we did not receive any leads or noticeable value from being an Accredited Business.
Because the service was not beneficial and had become an unnecessary monthly expense, we canceled in writing on December 11. Our cancellation notice was clear, but we received no response, and the account was not processed as canceled.
Charges continued after the cancellation date, which required escalation and follow-up. This was frustrating, especially given the BBB’s stated mission of trust and ethical business practices.
I recommend documenting everything and carefully reviewing the cost versus benefit before committing.

iRobot Failed to Honor Warranty & Ignored My Case

I am extremely disappointed with iRobot’s customer service.

More than two months ago, I contacted iRobot regarding a warranty replacement. I was clearly told I would receive a Roomba Combo 705 (white). Instead, I received a Roomba Combo 707 (black) without my consent.

When I contacted customer support to correct this error, I was told the 705 white was out of stock. However, the product is currently available for purchase on iRobot’s website, which makes this explanation unacceptable.

Since then:
• I have called customer support multiple times
• Representatives hung up on me mid-conversation
• I was repeatedly denied access to a manager
• I sent four follow-up emails with no response

This issue should be fully covered under warranty, yet iRobot refuses to fix their own mistake. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and communication is shocking for a well-known company.

I am still waiting for the Roomba Combo 705 in white, as originally promised.

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is rated A+ by BBB with overwhelmingly negative reviews on BBB and a 1.0 rating in reviews. There are many open complaints against them on BBB. My own complaint was immediately denied by BBB without providing any useful information. This is my second attempt to file a complaint against HICV through the BBB. They rejected my first attempt by hitting me with a huge list of questions that simply overwhelmed me to the point that I gave up. I believe the BBB is protecting HICV, probably because HICV pays them for membership, an obvious conflict of interest.

I filed a clear-cut case of "bait and switch" and insurance over-collection ($1,400) against Reno Smiles Dentistry. Instead of facilitating a resolution, the Mountain West BBB acted as a gatekeeper for the corporation.
The BBB allowed the business to hide behind corporate maneuvers and HIPAA stall tactics. Even after I provided the requested releases, the BBB refused to publish the damning evidence I submitted. They cycled through a series of shifting excuses—claiming "personal information" violations on documents that are not published and standard for such disputes—to ensure the public never sees the actual complaint nor the truth.
Ultimately, the BBB protected the business's reputation by refusing to publish the complaint details, merely dropping their rating from an A+ to an A-. This is a toothless "penalty" that does nothing to protect consumers. The BBB provides a deceptive service; they don't resolve complaints—they bury them.

If there is a possibility not giving any star, I will chose that for BBB.
I did a bad review for CAA (they offer towing but if you car has expired MVI - they don't take your car- very stupid. For one of CAA supervise I got the suggestion to drive my car like that. So, I did ask the Police - the fine is 1200-1500 cad.)
BBB decided to cancel my post because was a bad one. They must be impartially, but I guess they don not what mean that.

Worst company ever I can't even submit any of my report as they never can't keep there server up and running I am trying to dispute a investigation against tiktok and your stupid system is fighting me the government needs to investigate your company.
