Ich würde 0 Sterne geben wenn es möglich wäre. Absolut unseriös und darauf aus den Leuten das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Hier wird ganz groß mit 24 Wochen premium Mitgliedschaft für 9,99€ geworben, nachdem man bezahlt hat stellt sich aber heraus, dass es 9,99€ pro Woche sind und insgesamt 239,76€. Nachdem man dann fristgerecht widerrufen will, wollen die noch 29,9€ einbehalten. Beschwerde bei der Verbraucherzentrale habe ich bereits eingereicht.

Baja imposible en Be2

Estoy intenta si darme de baja del servicio desde la 1a semana de la subscripción. He escrito varios correos a la empresa y no contesta. Incluso el telèfono de fax ( +34 91 1817409) no admite envío, ni tampoco es posible contactar con el teléfono B2 Impact Sau (+34 91 495 27 76) que se supone es la delegación de Be2 en España.
Dado que no existe en la web un enlace darse de baja, ni es posible enviar un Burofax a Luxemburgo, les he enviado una carta certificada y escrito por correo electrónico a servicio at be2.es y ayuda at be2.es, que son las direcciones de correo que he localizado.
Lamento enormemente que sea tan complicado cursar baja y que la información disponible en la plataforma sea tan confusa.
Hubiera agradecido que me indicara como contactar con Be2 España, que tampoco me lo ha indicado en la respuesta.
Total, que todo son complicaciones para que transcurra el tiempo.
Espero poder escribir a esta plataforma para poder contar a los usuarios que finalmente ha llegado mi desistimiento y que me han abonado el dinero según corresponde por ley. Por el momento ya llevo más de 20 euros gastados para hacerles llegar el desistimiento (burofax por intento fallido y carta certificada).
Sigo opinando que be2 no es una plataforma seria.

Robo en tu cara.

Quiero borrar mi suscripción y no puedo. En lugar de borrar tu suscripción cuando quieras tienes que depender de escribirles, y luego que te contesten y luego esperarte una semanita o más para que te den la baja (o no) y todo esto para poder seguir cobrándote para mantenerte en la aplicación en contra de tu voluntad. Lo que se llama robarte el dinero. Supongo que tendré que dar de baja la tarjeta 😒

Be2: inefficient and unfair sites, the worst in Europe

I join the more than 1000 customers and users (98% of the opinions!!) who have expressed in Trust Pilot more negative comments towards Be2 in all countries of Europe where it operates, which generates a rating of 1 ! I do not comment on the quality of the profiles, because they are people, nor the organization of communication, false and cumbersome, especially negative is the intentional attempt at fraud when you cancel your contracts. One year ago I subscribed to some platforms of the group B2 for couples' meetings with a trial promotion of one month at approximately 10 €. One week after each subscription date, and just to avoid automatic renewal, I sent cancellation mail, photocopy of my identification and original letter signed with date. After the expiration of the contracts, the sites were never used because the profile had been requested to be canceled . Two sites tried to prelevate from my card the renewal of 40 €, re-send' the documentation already sent to the correct addresses. No more news. A year later in July and September I get letters , asking me different amounts of 300 and 400 € without any detail of why' . They threaten me with seizures of my account and more legal expenses. I sent again all the documentation ...no response. I went to the police and advised a lawyer for support in case of trial, because being fair and with proper documentation I have no intention of paying. Be2 will pay,in case of trial, legal expenses and compensation I will claim'. Customers and clients of the platforms of Be2 are advised that, even if they make cancellation in the required times and with the required modalities of the signed contracts that may incur in my same problems as many other customers (around 1000) testify.

After having sent once again all the información demonstrating my correct management of their contracts, be2 answering that they cannot do anything more because the issue is out their control and I don't exist in their data base..doesn't matter... we'll go to some courts in europe and they will pay legal costs and indemnizations. If I don't exist how they can ask me to pay for something ? Unfair..unorganized...the worst in Europe

I was just trying to see what is about and I went on a single month fee, around 12 euro. They don't have a single button on entire website for cancelling, you have to write on a form in contact that I need a cancellation. No answer and suddendly after 1 week, 100 euros were stolen effectively from my account, again no answer, just an automated email that my form was received. There is no legal entity to stop these thieves?????

The cancellation process is also explained there: when a Premium Membership is cancelled, it simply stops the automatic renewal at the end of the paid period. If you prefer to leave the platform completely, you can also delete your profile at any time.

As for profiles that disappear, this happens when users choose to delete their own accounts, something we have no control over.

Son estafadores. Cuando completas el registro no puedes ver las fotos si no pagas ni leer comentarios. Además muchos contactos son falsos.
El problema es que los contactos falsos son creados por ellos mismos haciéndose pasar por mujeres interesadas por ti y que no puedes contactar si no pagas y te haces premium. Está plataforma es una auténtica estafa porque te hace perder el tiempo rellenando datos uy luego no puedes leer ni un solo contacto si no te haces premiun y pagas. Habría que denunciarlos

My mom scammed by Be2

My mom, who is 78yr old, was scammed over 2000 euros in 6 months by this site. She unknowingly signed up but never was told about the costs and the conditions are murky and intentionally vague AF. The amounts are different each month, indicate a different company, but it all points to Be2. Complete scam aimed at seniors. This needs to stop. I've begun mesures for full reimbursement, and will take this to court and the press if she doesn't get full payback.

Absolutely awful! Not recommended at all!!! They use your details without a photo on other dating apps and without my approval. I found out that they advertised me on Academic Singles. It appears that the site is very busy. They repeat guys as new when they are not!!
B2 has come back to me to ask what they did wrong... how about 325 euro for not canceling my subscription, even though i was not using them?
