I cancelled MONTHS AGO and these thieves are still stealing 40€ from me every month and the customer service is basically non-existent. Stay away from this horrible company. I regret the day I signed up. I do not have any income and am disabled and alone. They have completely taken advantage of me.

I saw Be2's response from 16 October…

I saw Be2's response from 16 October 2023, but it only says that you can find info on how to cancel your membership and doesn't provide any link or means to cancel the subscription. I posted a comment a few days ago, and no one has responded to it yet. It's ridiculous.

Be2's response (16th October, 2023) to an unfortunate subscriber:
"Hi. You can find info on how to cancel your membership on our website, in our terms and conditions and the welcome email you were sent when you signed up for the service. If you have further questions regarding this, you are always welcome to contact our customer service. Thanks!"

La inmensa mayoria perfiles falsos,entiendo que creados por la aplicación que sólo quieren tu email para enviarte spam.Tambien es curioso que alguna chica se interesa por ti antes de la renovación de tu pase.Habrìa que hacer una plataforma y denunciarlos.Por no decir que llevo días intentando darme de baja y o no funciona bien o abre muchas pantallas para liarte.

Is scam

Is scam. They charge my card without asking about 65€. If you make an account and activate premium and then you want to cancel they not offering refund, and you need to complete an form (an actual form). Is unbelievable how these thugs keep robbing people without consequences. Don't put your data on their website!!!

Edit: Thanks to the comunication through Truspilot someone finally cancelled my premium. Still this website is shady af. If everything will be easier, like cancel the premium yourself they will not get this many bad reviews and about 65€ per month is unbelievable

Hi. Yes, it’s a subscription service, and the renewal details are explained on the payment page before completing the order. To stop renewals, a cancellation request is required. Es una reverenda porquería. Te estafan de entrada con el precio, te ofrecen tres meses por 8€ y después te dicen que eran 8 € por semana.
Unos estafadores.
Pero claro, sede en Luxemburgo.
En cuanto a los perfiles, 90% falsos.

I wish I could have enough time, I will take the owner into the court. They charged me automatically for three months without my consent. Hectic long process to delete my account. Never ever open this page, they will rob you in many ways.

No darse de baja en Be2 en CANCELATUM

Ya he denunciado en otro apartado mi pésima opinión y la estafa de esta página de citas, que te inscriben automáticamente y te pasan xargis de casi 40€ hasta que te das de baja. Ahora quiero hacer incapie en la misma página que be2 tiene para darte de baja. Se trata de CANCELATUM. Es un documento que te piden información de tu cuenta en Be2 e incluso tienes que firmar para teóricamente darte de baja. NO ABONEIS LOS 1,95€. porque automáticamente estáis haciendo incluso con vuestra firma una suscripción de 26,50 € cada cuatro semana. La única forma de darse de baja es en su página de citas al final de las páginas pero siempre con un ordenador no con wl móvil

Hi, We don't automatically register members, they sign up themselves. To cancel there's a form on the main homepage, it's at the bottom of the page and it's called 'cancel membership', in Spanish it's called 'Cancelar suscripción'. Fill it in and send it, if the system finds your account and everything is ok you'll get a cancellation confirmation, otherwise the customer service team will be notified and they'll process the cancellation - they'll email you when it's done. If you've chosen to pay a third party agency to process a cancellation on your behalf they are not affiliated with be2 and we can't comment on anything they charge you, you need to contact them. As I said in reply to your previous review, you might be better contacting the customer service team directly rather than posting anonymous reviews on here, as I can't check your account and can't assist you directly. When I go to my Favoritres or matches and select a profile , every time the above photo of a male and female cuddling always shows . This is so annoying and i have requested it be moved many times ,but Be2 has failed to action this request.
This is very poor customer service Be2 ,So please upgrade your site forthwith as i am fed up using the site

Hi Phil, the image you refer to is a fixed banner that can't be turned on/off, I'm sorry to hear it upsets you so much but as it's part of the website's design, it can't be removed. Better to focus on your matches and their profiles, rather than the background image if you can.

Hi David, you might want to move your review the ES Trustpilot page for be2, nonetheless I will try to help you.... if you can provide your email address it would help me to locate your profile so that I can check your account.
Let me assure you we work hard to stop fake profiles, if you think any are not genuine you should report them online and the safety team will review them.
I can also assure you that our customer agents, myself included, are very real! Sorry you think otherwise!
The fees are set on the payment page and not by customer service, but of course if you have anything to discuss, about the price our customer service team will be happy to assist.
And lastly, stopping the payment with your bank is not a cancellation and inevitably ends up in debt collection. To cancel a subscription the easiest way is to submit the cancellation form via the homepage of the site you registered on, eg www.be2.es.

Ayer les envié uno de los correos-amenaza que recibo de un bufete de abogados en nombre de be2 La retirada de mi anterior comentario es un ejemplo de cinismo, pues todo lo expresado es verdad. Y he enviado un correo-e a Trustpilot con las amenazas que debo afrontar si no les pago doscientos y pico de euros, cuando yo no les debo nada, y ellos, si muchas explicaciones. Una vez que has abonado el pase

Una vez que has abonado el pase, te es casi imposible anularlo, esta todo capado. Cuando Contactas con el departamento de atención al cliente por Mail tardan cuatro días en responderte. Su página no tiene muchas chicas, es una estafa. Solo te ponen complicaciones, para no ayudarte a darte de baja.
