Everything came as ordered and within the timeframe needed!

Great service and very helpful over the phone. Oroduct as ordered.

Very fast delivery and would definitely order from these guys again

Thank you for wrapping the castor oil in newspaper to protect the glass bottle. Will definitely be ordering from this site again as it stocks a lot of great products I use often but don’t always have access to unless I travel to get them.

I got the item I required quite quickly and the website was quite easy to use.

This is my 2nd order since the lockdown - Fantastic service and great choice of products!!

Good experience. There wasn´t an option to choose the delivery and that threw me off a little when I saw the price I paid for shipping...However the website is nice and the products are just the same you buy from the hair shop. Products arrived in good condition and are nice quality.
If lockdown continues for much longer, this is a really good alternative to get your African Hair products.

All products delivered. Very happy with service and communication.

I found Beauty Bae a couple of months ago. They didn't have online what I wanted so I messaged the website which explained they had recently launched the website so everything isn't currently up on the website. they asked what was I Looking for I then sent them my extended list of Hair care & skincare. It turned out that they did have the items & later that day the items were uploaded. I was then able to place my order online & pay through PayPal so I knew my payment was secure & insured. Three days later my order was delivered complete & correct. Since then I have placed other orders, & as a online Business myself I know the power of the internet for sales. So if you know what you want but don't see it online drop them a Email or Text them to see if its something they stock. 10/10 for Service & Products. Also their Postage cost is very reasonable. I now let my customers who like me live in areas where you can't easily get hold of Back skincare or Hair care products know a online shop who cares about their needs.

Customer for life.

The process of choosing out the products was very simple and and easy. The emails are also clear and well displayed however it has been 2 weeks since I have placed my order and have not received any update or idea as to when the products will then arrive. The products I was aiming to replace have already run out so me ordering in advance lost its purpose.

Great customer service. I wrote my address wrong by accident, sent them an email and they replied & corrected it straight away. Products are of a high standard

Very happy with range of items and prices. Packaging was also thoughtful

Very quick shipping and delivery with all items in stock. I would definitely recommend!

During Quarantine, it's been tough finding a store you can trust online to deliver these kinds of products. I'm appreciative of BeautyBae as I ordered some things and got them within a few days.

Will definitely be ordering from there again.

Products dispatched & arrived quickly, with delivery updates communicated clearly through email. Really impressed with the service!! Will definitely recommend BeautyBae to my friends & family

There are as many products as you would find in your local hair shop, similar prices and it was delivered on time.

Got everything I asked for in good time as well , stuff were friendly and professional

Quick response to email queries, product as expected and price was fair.
