Poor customer service

This is in regards to order #BFM888372820223072516, I purchased a wig from this company January 23,2026, returned it January 31,2026.I submitted an application for the return as the company requested including a picture of the tracking information. I tracked it and the company received in February 3, 2026 and up to date February 11, I have not received my refund, I tried calling but the number does not ring, I sent an email but no response. I am out of $109.00 that I need.

It took over 30 days to get my order

It took over 30 days to get my order. I have been purchasing wigs from other vendors for over 10 years. I thought I had read the reviews carefully but this was the worst service as I ordered and paid for two wigs and received only one.. No one has reached out to resolve or explain the next step on getting my wig or refunded me for the missing wig.. I had honestly hoped that I would love this company and their wigs as I love a colored collection.. Unfortunately, this will not be the case. Once my missing wig is resolved I will block this company. I’m so disappointed.

Never received wig from beauty forever

I ordered a wig on January 18 it was supposed to ship within 2 days. It is now February 9th still haven’t received my wig. Tried tracking my order it currently states that shipping label created and it’s been there since January 18th. When I email it comes back saying my order is on its way. I get the same response every time but no wig. I have contacted the carrier and they tell me that it has never left the warehouse from beauty forever. So email is not giving me anything back-but the same false information and every phone number I have called is not in service. For some reason I can’t personally talk to anyone via phone call. I just would like my money refunded to me immediately. I will never order from this place again.

I placed an order with them Febrary 3…

I placed an order with them Febrary 3 because they stated It would ship within 48 hours because I needed it for a 2 week trip out of the country. I didn't realize it was coming from China until I saw the tracking. It went from Lousiville, KY to Doraville, GA back to Louisville KY back to Doraville GA where its been sitting for the past 4 days. I emailed them several times about receiving a refund and noone is responding. Im about to file a complaint with my card very poor customer service.

Do not buy from this company!!!

Do not buy from this company!!!! They are scamming people. Surely you will get a wig, but if you are not satisfied and want to send it back you will have problems getting in contact with them.

I reviewed my wig 5/2-26 and the length or color was not accurate at all. I have ordered from them before and been satisfied, but this wig was not it.

I try to get in contact with the company and its a bot answering for the most part. The numbers don’t work and you barely get a reply.

I am from Sweden so after I finally got a reply I issued a return and paid a-lot for the shipping to the US with tracking as they said.

It has now been weeks, they have received the hair. And they are ghosting me. I have not get a single cent back. I can not afford this right now. I need my money back!!

I am never buying anything from this company again. Contacted my bank today.

The Wig was beautiful and full

The Wig was beautiful and full. It's truly a put on and go. Really like the color. The Company's Customer Service is Top Tier. I had an issue and they solved it immediately. I will be ordering more Wigs from Beauty Forever. Very Satisfied.

Excellent customer service

The customer service representative responded each time to my emails being very friendly and informative. The unit I ordered was during Christmas holiday season which I was told would take a bit longer because of the high volume. It’s well worth the wait!!! The hair is beautiful!!! I will be ordering again.

Still Waiting for my Order

UPDATE: I read the so called apology sent by Beauty Forever Hair. However, today is now February 5th. I still don't have my order. After me having to embarrass your company on Social Media, one of your social media reps claimed they forwarded my concern to a Customer Service representative. Next, I received yet ANOTHER automated bot response from someone named "Larry". This response was asking me to verify my address to send me a new package for the one that was never sent. Someone named "David" sent the exact same email on January 29th. I have verified my address now THREE TIMES!!! It is the same address I used to place the order on January 1st. I still have no update, estimated date of arrival or tracking on this so-called new shipment. The time you took to write those 4 paragraphs with a bogus apology, is the time you could be shipping my order. At this point, I don't want to go back and forth. I WANT MY MONEY BACK for the order I NEVER RECEIVED!!!!

ORIGINAL MESSAGE: Place an order on January 1st. Today is January 27th. Still no product and no update. The USPS tracking says a label was made but they are still awaiting my item to ship. I emailed Beauty Forever 3 times with pictures of what the tracking says and all I keep getting are bot responses saying my order has been shipped. But it has NOT been shipped because USPS is still saying it's waiting for the package. I tried to reach out on their social media page and all they did was erase my comment. BEWARE. They will take your money and leave you guessing if you'll ever receive your order or not.

NO RESPONSE FOR RETURN

I bought a wig from Beauty Forever that doesn't match what I ordered and I keep sending an email so thati can return it. No one has responded to my email. I’m not pleased at all with this purchase and no one is reaching out. My next move will be BBB.

The hair I received my wig was amazing. I love it absolutely love it. It fits my head perfectly. You can’t even tell it’s weird. Everything is so perfect about this week. I love this company and I am going to be ordering a lot more wigs. Thank you so much.

Cancellation and refund experience

I ordered the same hair twice, I asked for 1 to be canceled immediately, The team really assisted me and Michael made sure the refund was done, which I got in my account back.
I love every hair I got from Beautyforever, they are so lovely, soft and ready to use.
